#Drinking at home This sake is a blend of Gohyakumangoku, Yamadanishiki 50%, Yamadanishiki 55%, Kitashizuku, Omachi, Yumesasara, Hitogokochi, Comet, and Ginpu, so I don't know what it is anymore. I guess if you mix them all up this much, you can't even tell the individuality of the rice... It is rich and full of flavor, as is the case with unfiltered raw sake. It has acidity, but it has a strong sweetness, so it is not a good match for a mildly seasoned food, but it would go really well with cream cheese with salted fish on top.

First I find the aroma of tomatoes, which I don't like. Then, cotton candy and pineapple, I guess. Quite complex. Mellow fruity, like ripe. A little bit of bitter mixed in. Sweetness and aroma with a long aftertaste. Rich, sweet and delicious sake. Matches the fat of the fish (yellowtail otoro). It is a good sake for a meal despite its richness. I would like to try it with sweet-and-sour pork. Preference ☆ 2.5/5→3.5/5 (upward revision)

I was curious about this "figure" after drinking it in Kinugawa. I found it at a sake shop in Maei, Sapporo. The smell of pineapple from the moment I opened the bottle! This aroma is so promising! Hi Jay & Novi, I am looking for a new product. I understand 🫡I have checked dealers for Ona. I can't seem to find a distributor for Chung-Ai. There are no special dealers listed on the website. I will look for it. I got it from a local menu at an inn in Kinugawa. Well, I'm sure you have many opinions.

My wife asked me to buy a bottle of Chiebijin on repeat because the label was so strong for a sake that it caught my eye. If it said "Unfiltered Nama Sake" on the label, I would buy it! It's a four-pack bottle, though. It's a four-pack bottle, but it has a strong flavor, perhaps because most of the sake I've had recently has been fruity and easy to drink. I mean that in a good way! I don't know, but they use all kinds of rice. If it tastes good, no problem. ‼️‼️‼️

The figure's glossy sugata. It is the first time. The initial aroma is sweet with a hint of mellowness. In the mouth, it is soft and mellow with plenty of umami. The slight acidity gives it a gentle and refreshing taste. It was quite tasty and still fresh for being fire-aged 🍶✨.

The first sip has a melon-like ginjo aroma, like that of Oolin, with a lot of sweetness. After that, there is acidity, some bitterness and spiciness, and it is rather heavy. The aftertaste is sweet and moderately spicy. Maybe it's my imagination...? There is also a slight smoky aroma. Either way, I wonder if it would go well with a solid flavored dish. That's my impression. If the previous brewed forest is an aperitif I think this one is an aperitif. I think it would go well with meat. How much I like it 🤍🤍🤍🤍
