This is a drink that I have been drinking regularly this year. It is not an impactful sake, nor is it a favorite. It is a rare sake that stands out in my mind.
I usually end up with it somehow, but this time it was different. To be honest, I was surprised at how much the taste changed. I was impressed by how much the taste changed.
Of course, since it is fire-aged, it does not have a fresh aroma, but you can feel a calm ginjo aroma. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth texture on your tongue. It is not so thick.
The spiciness is followed by sweetness. The spiciness continues through the middle part of the flavor, and finally, there is a slight bitterness. The taste is much richer than usual.
This is the true autumn flavor.

When drinking it, it is lighter than I expected! The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and the acidity is a little strong. It is not as juicy and heavy as the usual sakagata and is easy to drink! The aftertaste is easy as well, as it kicks in quickly and doesn't leave a residue! 😍
