Reading the back of the bottle, it appears to be a blend of numerous rice-based sakes 🤔.
The look of it reminded me of something I remember seeing before and decided to buy it out of nostalgia 😆.
The alcohol content is slightly high at 17 degrees.
At first you can smell the aroma of unrefined sake.
Sweetness is peach🍑, melon🍈, banana🍌 or so 🤔.
It is complex.
The mouthfeel is elegant and mellow 🌺.
The thick sweetness remains after drinking 😊.

Tochigi Prefecture is sandwiched by Yamaguchi Prefecture.
I thought they might be narrow, but their black aura and the character for "figure" gives them a sense of dignity that's kind of cool ✨✨.
And then I thought of something stupid... I'll have it while thinking that I'm an idiot 🙏🙏🙏🙏
The aroma is a little subdued, but it also has a melon-like floral flavor.
The soft texture gives it a gentle sweetness and umami while the well-balanced acidity is still delicious 😋.
I have the impression that it is slightly sweeter than the previous "Ganki" 🍶.
I drank it all up in no time while eating fried gizzards, so let's move on to the next one: ☺️

From the soft mouthfeel to the concentrated umami. The overall flavor is cohesive and thick, with a variety of umami asserting themselves one after another. The lingering taste is slightly bitter and dry.
It has a mild melon aroma and a strawberry aroma with acidity,
It has a slightly sweet umami taste, and you may feel a bit of a dullness at the convergence.

This is a beautiful sake with a high degree of perfection befitting a super-limited edition. It has a gorgeous aroma of peach and melon, rich fruitiness, and layers of umami. The acidity sharply tightens the aftertaste and the balance is exquisite.
This complex flavor may be produced by blending seven different types of sake brewed with six different types of sake rice. It is not so sweet because it has a sake degree of -1 degree, but it is well-balanced, so you can drink it easily.
