Good evening, Aladdin 😃My family is also celebrating 14 years in Iwakiju. I am moved to tears by your thoughtful attitude in every occasion.
Reviving, as the label on the back says, is exactly what connects Aladdin-san to the disaster area 😊.
Good evening, Aladdin 🦉.
I am very impressed by the fact that you are toasting with this drink at the drinking party and by the hard work you are doing 🥹.
Good evening, Wakata 😃.
I saw your check-in.
I originally wanted to offer a toast at home too.
Even I still have vivid memories of those days in my mind, so I thought I would at least put my thoughts on alcohol 🍶.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
I told you a little about this drink and a few of you offered me a drink with the same drink 🍶.
I wanted to send my prayers and believe that we are moving forward little by little, so I am thankful that this sake is available.
A toast to the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
I drank to myself while saying to my children, "Do you know what day it is today?" while drinking alone.
The first sip was a light sweet taste, followed by a faint sweetness and a tingling sensation.
I was told that mirin is drinkable, but for a while I used it only for cooking. The other day, I read an article that said mirin and shochu cocktail was a standard drink in the Edo period (1603-1868), so I gave it a try. The rice shochu is made by Miyazumi Brewery, which brews Kakuraku. Genbu is a 40% Alc hard liquor with a sweet aroma of rice, and the rich sweetness of mirin is blended into it. We prefer Genbu:Kogane Mitshu = 2:1 on the rocks, and Kogane Mitshu on its own is so delicious that it could be called a kijoshu. A toast to the brewery and all the people of Namie.
It was a delicious honjozo type sake! It was a delicious sake of the honjozo type.
There is about an inch of ori at the bottom of the bottle, which gives it a juicy, sweet taste, followed by a spicy taste.
It seems that it can be served with any snacks, but it was especially good with cabbage rolls. ‼️ You have to restrain yourself or the sake will go down the drain.
The price was also reasonable at 2420 yen for 1.8L ^_^.
This is also a tradition in our house.
It is a rice cider that is honjozo (honjozo is a Japanese rice cider brewed from rice) but does not taste like it has been soaked in soy sauce.
The taste has a hint of sea minerals and soy sauce. This is indescribably pleasant.
It reminds me of Uketo Elementary School in Namie Town, which I visited a year ago.
Brandy ⁉️🥃
The flavor and richness is so good that you would think it was It is no longer a sake...?
As you can see, it has a characteristic brownish color!
Where does this brown color come from?
It has a savory, somewhat soy sauce-like flavor, and I think I'm about to fall in love with Yamahai brewing all over again, which I had avoided. ⛰️
After drinking until 3am, we went to our 5th wine bar until morning... 🍷.
7/10
Repeat confirmed, too good.
One week after opening the bottle, it has good carbonation, a moderate but light sweetness, bitterness, and alcohol, and is very sharp and delicious.
At 2,420 yen per bottle, it's the best value for money. I'm worried that the world will find out about it next year and it will become hard to get.
Hi Hirupeko! This sake is really great 👍🏻 My nigori history started when I was addicted to Ippo-self light nigori, and after 4 years of twists and turns, I finally found this sake 😂.
2/26The sake is easy to drink with completely drained carbonation and a sense of being watered down, but it has a so-so 16% Alc, so we are getting carried away and getting gwaan gwaan!
After the pear-like fruit and sweet vegetable flavors like Chinese cabbage spread out, a tangy, peppery, numbing/spicy taste follows!
I thought it was from Fukushima because of the name "Banjo," but it's a Yamagata sake!
Happy New Year!!! 🎍
I'll be looking forward to another year of looking at your posts and searching for drinks I haven't tasted yet😳

The mouthfeel is deliciously astringent and shwashy. The aftertaste is clear, dry, and astringent.
