Drunk notes. Not to be guessed. Went to a yakitori restaurant with my senpai. We decided to drink dry and dry. Junmai Daiginjo with a very dry taste, right? It was a little dry, but it was very dry. The aroma is like wood, and after the dryness, you can feel the thickness of brandy. I think so.

Outside drinking. This place has a lot of sake from Saitama, and you can sample about 30ml of each drink. Three medals for 500 yen. One medal for junmai sake class and two medals for daiginjo sake class. So, you can have 😚 sake that you have never had before. The color is clear. Smell is sweet and mellow. It reminds me of peach or melon. On the palate, it has a mild melon🍈 flavor. It has a sour aftertaste and is well rounded. It is a modern sake in the mellow umakuchi style. After a series of light sake, it may have seemed more mellow 😆.

I've been slacking on my posting 💦. Sake event I attended the other day❗ It's been a while since I've been to a sake event 🌲Dry&Fruity is literally fluffy, fruity and sharp 🎵The brewery is young and full of energy 🙌. I've never tasted "sake musashi" rice before! There are so many different sake rice varieties I can't remember 💦.

Overall 10 (out of 10) Purchased at Matsuoka Sake Brewery on 5/12 I had it at Matsuoka Shofu-An, a stylish restaurant on the premises of Matsuoka Sake Brewery, and enjoyed it so much that I bought it! When you pour it into a glass, you can smell the delicious aroma of rice👍. The description says it has a "fruity aroma like tropical fruits and a sweet but crisp taste that you will never get tired of drinking. I love the taste of this strain 😋. I emptied it in no time. 😅 I had it chilled. The aroma I got from the bottle was... 　-Aroma: Aroma of rice with umami flavor. 　-Aroma: The aroma of rice is still there, but it is slightly spicy. Reservations are required for the sake brewery restaurant! Oyako-don (oyakodon) and dote-ni set menus made with koji, and parfaits and green tea tiramisu made with sake kasu for dessert💕Delicious! There was also a sake drinking contest! The water is hard water used in sake brewing, but miraculously mellow due to the lack of iron!

It was a new sensation with a red wine-like astringency (what a surprise, it is not a white wine) while retaining sake-like characteristics. ......! Pochisake" is a store that sells sake in pouches by the unit of 1 gou (1 cup). You can buy it mainly online! It is easy to try different brands and also convenient for comparing different sake (we recommend the sake comparison set suggested by the store). It is also convenient to carry around, making it a good choice for campers! Highly recommended.

★4.5 My favorite of the old sake. It has a lot of flavor but is very sharp. Although it is alky, there is no alcohol smell at all, and it is very nice to make it light and easy to drink. It does a good job of making it light and easy to drink. It's great warmed, but on the rocks with teriyaki Inca Awakening was a marriage made in heaven.
