Overall 10 (out of 10)
Purchased at Matsuoka Sake Brewery on 5/12
I had it at Matsuoka Shofu-An, a stylish restaurant on the premises of Matsuoka Sake Brewery, and enjoyed it so much that I bought it!
When you pour it into a glass, you can smell the delicious aroma of rice👍.
The description says it has a "fruity aroma like tropical fruits and a sweet but crisp taste that you will never get tired of drinking.
I love the taste of this strain 😋.
I emptied it in no time. 😅
I had it chilled.
The aroma I got from the bottle was...
-Aroma: Aroma of rice with umami flavor.
-Aroma: The aroma of rice is still there, but it is slightly spicy.

Reservations are required for the sake brewery restaurant! Oyako-don (oyakodon) and dote-ni set menus made with koji, and parfaits and green tea tiramisu made with sake kasu for dessert💕Delicious! There was also a sake drinking contest! The water is hard water used in sake brewing, but miraculously mellow due to the lack of iron!
Good morning, Masaaki Sapporo 😃.
Thanks for your comment 😊 I also drink it almost every night with my wife (Pheho) 🍶.
Teisho was delicious 😋I'm going to try other brands next time 😃.
Good morning, shinsaku3 & Pekho😃!
A restaurant in a sake brewery 😍that must be so delicious...eat, taste, buy and drink at home 🤗That's a great flow 🤗.
Thank you Jay & Nobby...it was a great adult excursion! My husband really enjoyed drinking Teimatsu at the restaurant as well! I wonder how they decide who will be the sake brewery tour staff and who will be the tasting staff and who will be the driver.
I was the taster this time, and the taster is under pressure not to allow impressions to be just "Yeah, it's good! It's good ❣️😋" is not enough for me. 😅😅
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Sake meter: -8
Yeast used: Primul yeast for wine
Acidity: 3.0
This is the first junmai ginjo brewed with primule yeast for wine in Japan!
It was a new sensation with a red wine-like astringency (what a surprise, it is not a white wine) while retaining sake-like characteristics. ......!
Pochisake" is a store that sells sake in pouches by the unit of 1 gou (1 cup).
You can buy it mainly online!
It is easy to try different brands and also convenient for comparing different sake (we recommend the sake comparison set suggested by the store).
It is also convenient to carry around, making it a good choice for campers!
Highly recommended.
★4.5
My favorite of the old sake. It has a lot of flavor but is very sharp. Although it is alky, there is no alcohol smell at all, and it is very nice to make it light and easy to drink.
It does a good job of making it light and easy to drink. It's great warmed, but on the rocks with teriyaki Inca Awakening was a marriage made in heaven.
Sake brewery tour of the Sake Seal Book
Breweries in Ogawa-cho on the Hachiko Line
There are three breweries in Ogawa-machi: Seiun Shuzo, Musashi Tsuru Shuzo, and Teisho's Matsuoka Shuzo.
Fresh, delicious sake from Saitama Prefecture
Souvenirs bought at Toyosu Senkaku Banrai
Collaboration can of "Moyashimon
The unique aroma that divides people's tastes (I like it, my wife rejects it)
It tastes just like it says, mellow and delicious 😋.
Thanks to Olizey & Serebicier for brewing it 😊.
I would like to drink it warmed up in winter 🍶.
Light sweetness followed by a refreshing dry spiciness
I was curious about this at a liquor store somewhere, but didn't buy it because of the name "Tei".
I will buy it again when I have a chance.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 16%.
Sake degree +14!
Hmmm...
It's modern and it looks like it, but I'm not impressed with the taste.
It doesn't have an aroma that makes you say, "Yum! I don't think it has the aroma that makes me think "Yum!
It's a little heavy, a little spicy, and bitter (I don't like bitter things).
I had high expectations for it... Too bad!
I was expecting it, but I'm disappointed.
After 4 days
It tastes easy to drink, like a glass of a well-known brand of sake at a pub.
I like it 6/10, and since I like it strong, I may buy it again.
