Commemorating the 140th anniversary of JR Omiya Station
A thick texture. Slowly delicious. Spicy. When you roll it around in your mouth, you can also feel the acidity. Generally, it gives a soft impression.
It was delicious.
The label is extremely austere.
The specs are also extremely astringent, with the sake aged in cedar barrels.
It has a spicy wooden aroma like Masu sake.
It is spicy, sour, and astringent...then dry and delicious with rice!
It has the smooth sharpness of a honjozo.
Surprisingly crisp and clean sake.
The pickled leaf wasabi and the extremely astringent combination is a perfect match again.
Taste level ☆4/5(Surprisingly, it is quite good.)
I drank too much yesterday and forgot to give!
Fresh but sweet, tropical aroma.
It has a mellow, sweet, fruity aroma of ripe pineapple and dried fruits.
Surprisingly, you can taste the rice flavor afterwards.
It has a strong liqueur-like sweetness, so it is best to drink it on the rocks.
Taste: 3.5/5
It seems there was a Teisho tasting at a liquor store in Kobe at the same time as the first day of the National Sake Fair, and when I went the following week, there were many Teishos lined up 😊.
I've never seen such a lineup of Teimatsu before!
There was also Akaban Omachi which I drank at a previous Japanese sake festival, but I was attracted by its fruity and juicy taste, so I bought this one!
I thought it was sake Musashi or rice from Saitama, but I thought it was unusual that it was called Tamanae!
Fresh, tropical, sweet and tasty.
It is interesting that it is not made from Saitama's sake rice.
The aftertaste is also quite fruity. I had an image of Teisho as a dry sake, but I didn't know there was such a fruity sake.
As the temperature rises, there is a slight bitterness at the end.
bouken Hello 😃Hello 😃Sake from my hometown Saitama 🍶This sake is very modern and tasty, not unlike Teimatsu...I hope the young president will continue to challenge the brewery in many ways in the future.
Good morning brother 😊
I had a little bit of a problem with Teisho, but I really enjoyed this sake 😋.
It's a very interesting brewery that uses basmati rice to make their sake 😁.
The aroma does not rise much.
When you drink it, you will be surprised at the richness of the rice!
Soft and clear texture.
The sweetness is relatively clean and dry.
It has a slight minerality and is very refreshing.
It is easy to drink. This is delicious.
My favorite 4/5 stars.
Ogawa-machi, Hiki-gun, Saitama Prefecture.
Of all the sake from Teisho's brewery, the most commonly sold sake at restaurants in the local Ogawa-machi area is this Namaigin, especially this 300ml bottle.
It has a clean aroma, a thin but gentle body, and a freshness that is typical of a freshly stored sake.
It does not interfere with food, and it is certainly a good idea to have a 300ml bottle of this sake in impressionable restaurants👍.
