I asked the master what it was like, and he said that it was easy to drink among the Teimatsu...😌. I asked the master what it was like and he said it was one of the easier ones to drink... 😌. It was my first time 🍶. The first aroma is fruity and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a light sweetness with a hint of sourness. It has a mineral taste and finishes gradually. I used the wine term "minerality," but the sake here has a hardness of 149 mg/kg and is made with subsoil water that has passed through the limestone of Mount Chichibu. I also feel that Chiba's Iwano-i, which has a hardness of 240, is a little different. Maybe it's just my imagination... 🙄. It was delicious 🍶✨

Good morning, Matsuchiyo 😃. Teisho, is it full of mineral feeling? ☺️ I'd love to try it if I see it 😄.

Hi Aladdin 🌞. I kinda felt like Evian or Bolvik 🤔. I'm not sure if that's what you mean by the minerality of the wine 😅

This was my first attempt at a sake that uses wine yeast. I was impressed by its banana-like aroma and sweetness. I think it would go well with dessert, but it was also refreshing and delicious as a food wine. (pictured is onion slices 😂)

When I visited a friend's house, I decided to have a bottle of Teisho, which is produced near his wife's family. I had never tasted the Teisho brand or the sake rice, Sake Musashi, before, so I was very excited and could not imagine what it would taste like. This is delicious! I was shocked from the first sip. The top aroma is subdued, but a fruity, muscat-like aroma spreads on the palate. It is gassy and refreshing, not strongly umami, and has a refreshing sweetness. Although it is 16% alcohol, it does not feel alcoholic and can be drunk easily. I didn't realize there was such a delicious sake brand that is mainly distributed locally... I would like to keep a bottle of it on hand 😊.

Teisho - Matter and a clear sky - Keto Hare Primule yeast preparation for wine Matsuoka Brewery Ogawa-cho, Saitama Prefecture Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio: 60 Raw storage Alcohol content: 15 Sake meter: -5.0 Acidity: 2.5 The aroma is banana. I was told that this is the aroma of banana, and I learned that "this is banana! I learned that this is banana! I didn't really understand the difference between melon, pineapple, and banana, but this aroma that is not too heavy is banana! Hmmm. The first sip is like a "kokkun" drink with a sweet astringent taste. The second sip is with snacks...well, I feel like it goes in smoothly and tastes more delicious. It seems to go well with dishes with high oil content and strong flavors. I heard that if you leave it at room temperature for a few years, it will mature and become like a black banana again. I'm very curious...

Immediately after the rather subdued sweetness with a hint of apple, the flavor and acidity spread to the palate. The aftertaste is refreshing. Until about the second day after opening, you can feel a fairly gaseous texture on the tongue.

It seems to be a premium one from Teisho in Saitama, Japan. Crystal color with yellow tints visible. It has a very strong aroma of ginjo aromas such as apple, banana, melon, and pineapple. Also, joshin powder and lime. The attack is strong, mildly sweet and tart. A refreshing acidity spreads along with the pineapple flavor, and when it begins to subside, a pleasant bitterness spreads to the side, giving it a full body. It is strong and robust at 18% alcohol, but I am afraid that the gorgeousness of the aroma might mask it. I like it a lot.

First post after moving I became a resident of Saitama Prefecture this month! I'm looking forward to working with you all in Saitama and the Kanto area! So, I'm going to resume my sake drinking activities starting with Saitama's sake! Teisho Junmai Genmai Sake THE SAITAMA I bought this sake because of the unique label design with Saitama's pose and Saitama's color, red 🟥. I'm going to open the bottle after I make a Saitama pose too. ✌️ The Saitama sake brewed with water and rice from Saitama prefecture. First of all, the aroma gives a deep sweetness derived from grains. On the palate, it is more umami and acidic. And although it is understated, it is accompanied by a rich sweetness like brown sugar! It is quite easy to drink despite its high alcohol content of 18%. Be careful not to drink too much 😅

This is a new Junmai Ginjo-Unfiltered Nama-shu, a series of sake produced in small quantities and limited to special dealers. A pasteurizer is used to pasteurize and cool the sake after bottling, maintaining the freshness of the raw sake even though it is pasteurized. It is a bottle that fully demonstrates the charm of Teisho, which is "spicy yet delicious, fragrant yet calm. The rice used is Sai-no-Kizuna, a local rice from Saitama Prefecture, polished to 60%, and fermented slowly in a low-temperature zone to achieve a dry, yet flavorful taste. This carefully crafted, inexpensive sake is an excellent performer. It is an excellent performer.
