Overall 9 (out of 10)
I had this sake last May at Matsuoka Shoukouan, a sake brewery restaurant on the premises of Matsuoka Sake Brewery, and I remember it was delicious, so I bought the new sake again 😃.
(I recommend the stylish sake brewery restaurant "Shofu-an" ❣️)
According to the description
It has a fruity aroma like tropical fruits and a sweet yet sharp taste that you will never get tired of drinking.
This year's new sake is also delicious 😋.
Rereading my last review, I had the impression that it was a little spicier this year😃.
I got the impression that the sweetness of the "sweet but sharp" was less pronounced
But delicious 😋.
We served it chilled.
Pairing impressions were made by Pekho 😃.
Here are my personal impressions

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
Yes, we tend to go to sake breweries by car 🚗. It's located in a place where public transportation is not convenient. When we went to this brewery restaurant before, one of us was forbidden to drink 😅.
