At home. Fukuju after a long time. I visited Kobe Shu-shin-kan and bought this sake as it was recommended. Bright red bottle. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and spicy on the palate. Although the alcohol content is 17%, it is a refreshingly tasty and easy-to-drink gem. It was a quintessential Fukuju. It was a warm day and we were able to visit the restaurant just as the cherry blossoms were falling.

Good evening! Another bottle today from the #SakeBarGinKura. It is said that this sake was a favorite at the Nobel Prize dinner party. I remember it was a very honest sake. So the commentary in the photo folder is "so-so" (lol). It was delicious!!! (^O^)

Professor Yamanaka won the Nobel Prize in 2012. This "Nada no Fukuju" was drunk at that dinner party. I purchased a single-bottle bottle of junmai sake. They donate a portion of the proceeds to the Kobe Oji Zoo. I went there on a field trip when I was a child. My own children were also taken care of. I miss it. It is an alcoholic beverage, but with a slight bond aroma. It also has an alcoholic taste, but I don't particularly mind it. It goes well with food. I enjoyed it very much. The hourglass-like illustration in the photo is "Port Tower. On Sunday, Kobe Shu-shin-kan was crowded with many tourists. It made me somewhat happy. Hyogo's sake is delicious!

This is another first-time brand, first-time region series🍶. The brand chosen to be served at the official Nobel Prize event. So I guess that means it's a sake favored by foreigners 🍶. ⁉️ So I opened the bottle 🫗. The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is refreshing. The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is refreshing, but it goes beyond refreshing and feels like water. This might be the perfect sake for those who are not used to sake as an introduction 😊. As you drink it, you can gradually taste the umami of the rice, but it's true that it's a bit lacking 😅. But as a food sake, it was an excellent sake that does not interfere with the flavor of the food 😊. 5 for my taste level

Purchased a freshly squeezed (Shiboritate) Fukuju, which can only be purchased at the sake brewery. The aroma is fruity. When you put it in your mouth, it tingles in your nose, and you may feel it is aromatic and a little harsh. It is dry but easy to drink. It is one of the bottles from the Hyogo Gokoku drinking contest set that my son gave me as a gift. It has a refreshing taste, with just the right amount of sweetness and umami, and a subtle bitterness that is exquisite after drinking. It is a pity that it is a 1:1 bottle 😢. Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 70%.
