Won the Gold Prize at the 2023 National New Sake Competition (co-sponsored by the National Institute of Sake Research and the Central Association of Sake Brewers of Japan). (This was the 19th time in total.)
Fukuju Chotokusen Daiginjyo" is one of the highest-grade daiginjos in the Kobe Shushinkan lineup.
It is brewed using the "Tarai-koji method," which is rare in Japan, for koji making, and is a true "work of art" that makes full use of the brewing techniques developed by Kobe Shuishinkan.
