〜Barrel Sake
Kikumasamune's barrel sake had a more pronounced aroma of cypress, while Fukuju's had a lighter aroma. I wondered if too strong an aroma of cypress would kill the sake's aroma and taste. I thought it was added or subtracted. I am the type of person who would like to feel the hinoki flavor with a lot of gusto, so I thought the aroma was not enough for me.
I thought it was easy to drink and did not interfere with cooking.
I will definitely buy sakekasu and sakekasu ice cream 😁.
Today I also had Sakekasu cookies 🍪! Good texture, good taste 👍May yummy!
Hon Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine) is great.
You can drink it as it is. It was so good, I bought it. I also bought a lot of sake 🈵.
It was fun!
I plan to conquer all the sake breweries in Nada Gogo for a while on my days off. I'm from Hyogo, so I'm going to start with my hometown first 🏁🍶.
