Fruity, refreshing, easy to drink. It seems to be popular with everyone. I bought it at a sake brewery, but was a bit shocked to find it sold in my neighborhood as well (lol).
Purchased at Kobe Hankyu on the way home from a live concert in Kansai
The aroma is strong and sweet like banana or peach.
It was served at the Nobel Prize, so it is exactly the kind of refreshing ginjo-shu that would sell well in Western countries.
I've been to Kobe Shu-shin-kan but never had a chance to try it properly, but I recommend this brand from Nada for beginners too!
Limited quantity of sake cans with original label commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Kobe-Osaka railroad 🍶Took some home on a business trip to Osaka: ☺️
It is said to have a rich aroma like ripe yellow peaches, but maybe my nose is not in good condition and it is a little fruity 😄.
It has a clean and refreshing taste that cuts through with a hint of sourness 😋 It has an "alcohol-like" flavor, but is better with dishes with strong flavors, and tonight I had it with sukiyaki!
