. Why is regular sake, so common in Hokkaido, rarely checked in? Even though it tastes so good. Sake in Hokkaido tastes good enough as a brew, even if it is not junmai. I would like to go there next time to find out why. This is a wonderful sake with the strength and freshness of the Asahikawa land! 3.9

The charm of rice without polishing! This deliciousness is made possible by a milling ratio of 86%! The exhilaration of Takumi Fujiwara winning a non-turbo 86 against a monster machine! This is exactly the image! It's like delicious water, unpolished but unbelievably refreshing! I don't think it's spicy or sweet or anything like that. It went well with the early fall fall swordfish. Hokkaido is amazing. 4.6

I was first attracted to this simple label. Then, I was impressed by the clean and refreshing taste at 81% rice polishing ratio! Is it because of the dewy leaf style? Even though it is in Nara City, it is in the mountains. There is good sake in the countryside of Nara! 4.4
