This sake is named after that ninja.
Although there is no particular description, it has an aroma and sweetness like a draft sake, and although it is dry, it can be tasted well. It has an aroma and sweetness like raw sake, although there is no particular description.
The aftertaste is sharp, as is typical of a dry sake, so it is easy to drink and can be easily paired with meals.
Summer Sake Continues!
We had this Hanzo two years ago at Fukurokuju!
It is less sweet and more refreshing than Fudo and Mutsu Hachisen, which I drank earlier.

The third drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was a Urahankura Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori, which I thought would be on the lineup soon. I thought it might be time to add it to the lineup.
I have had this sake many times already, and it is my favorite sake that I like to drink whenever it is on the lineup.
Now for the Urahankura, which I haven't had in a while. The taste is refreshingly sweet on the palate ✨.
And the mouthfeel is silky smooth, as only a daiginjo can be.
The bitterness and pungency are not so pronounced, and I felt that it is just an easy to drink and delicious sake 😁.
Good morning to you too, ma-ki-san!
I'm actually curious about Hanzo, which is another Mie sake brand that I've never seen before 😁.
[I've actually never seen "Kami no Ho" before and realized that Mie Sake is pretty thin on the ground ✨.
Gyve, thank you for your comments here as well.
I'm sorry to hear that this was your first time to try Hanzo. It has a milder sweetness and aroma than Zakusama, but it also has a sake feel to it, which I love. I often see Kami no Ho in Mie sake 😊.
