Hanzo came out next. Here's another mouthful! I had a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Nama-nama-shu here in December 2020, when it debuted at Fukurokuju, and in December of the following year! No specific mention of the sake rice back then. This year, the rice is Kami no Ho. No specific aroma. The taste was surprisingly light and fruity, as the 11th state had quite an impact! Seafood and Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup and Tachi spring rolls that the restaurant was kind enough to provide! Like last time, we talked too much, drank too much, and ate too much at too slow a pace! I would have liked to drink more, but there was nothing I could do about it! The person you are dining with is the person you are drinking with. Tochigi Kenmin Kai The last drink of the first meeting The teacher looked a bit proud 😎 and brought a limited edition of Hanzo Hanzo's limited edition ✨. Fruity aroma 🥂🥂. After leaving Yamanaka Sake Shop, we went to Grand Front Osaka to shop for various things and my wife gave me many gifts. I can't thank you enough, it was really a very enjoyable time. After shopping, we went to dinner. At my request! We went to our usual favorite Yakitori restaurant (lol). I made a reservation when I went last week. I looked at the sake menu board to see what I should have for my first drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant, and saw a mysterious sake with only a price. I ignored it for the time being (since I had to go in earlier than my reservation) and went with this sake. It was a Hanzo special junmai sake from Ota Shuzo. Let's have it right away. First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. The mouthfeel is firm, as only a special junmai sake can be. It has a very clean mouthfeel with a traditional sake feel. The bitterness is small and there is a hint of sweetness, making it a very easy to drink sake. The third one is the hot pot, which the proprietor presented to us at the same time as our reservation ✨. Not only was it delicious, but this sentiment from the proprietor made me feel very sinking and blissful ✨.

Tochigi Citizens' Association Autumn Banquet 🍁⑬🍁⑬ It is so light and fresh on the palate that you don't feel the richness of the raw sake, and it goes down your throat smoothly. As the label says, it is full of gorgeous ginjo aroma and mellow sweet flavor. Jay-san joined the ladies in the party 😆.

ほぼ無色透明。穀類を思わせるふくよかな香り。干し椎茸を思わせるやや熟成感のある香り。香りの強さは中程度。まろやかな口当たり。やがて、しっかりめの渋味と旨味で満たされる。ミルクキャラメルを思わせる含み香を残すやや長めの余韻。醇酒。

When we quickly warmed it up to lukewarm, the characteristics remained unchanged and the richness increased.

Kenmin-kai Sake Report Complete Jay doesn't have much memory around here 😅Noby said it was very good 🤗Hanzo is a favorite of Sashu-san. Sashu-san's favorite sake, Hanzo, won the gold medal in the "Best Sake in a Wine Glass Award" 👍I guess the sweetness tastes better when you're out drinking without eating much food 😋. Also, the teacher who also mentioned Tsubu and Kotori offered us Shinmasa's "Eating Nirvana Kame" 😳The label says it will be consumed by the end of August 2022. Hmm? What year is it now? ⁉️ Well, it will be fine if we all drink it together 😙Sweet and sour with a texture like moromi! Perhaps this is what later did something wrong to the delicate Jay's body 😆. So, it was a very enjoyable prefectures meeting😄... but... this time we had two. But... this time I had no memory at all when I arrived at the after-party 😵Noby was holding me and I wobbled around 😵‍💫 and managed to get a cab home 😓. The next day, I didn't even step outside to rest😅I managed to recover after eating Masatsugu's dumplings for lunch🥟 and curry nyu-men🍜 which Sashu-san gave me for dinner🍜😮‍💨 I hope to make good use of this reflection and remember the next Prefectural Assembly well 😤. I forgot to write something in the first "Chuhai" section 😅I'd like to say something at the end We are all connected with Tochigi love 🥰.

Tochigi Prefectural Association Sake 4 This was the last of the Hanzo sake we received! Normally I would be too drunk to remember the taste, but this one was clear! It was so delicious! The aroma is mild and not showy, even though it's a nama-shu. The sweetness, umami, bitterness, and aftertaste 😄It was very well-balanced and delicious, probably due to the good temperature range. I would like to try it on its own!
