#Funabori#
This year, summer-only sake is the mainstream.
After all, the refreshing feeling that suits cold sake lovers will relieve the heat 😆.
This is Mie sake.
It has a nice mouthfeel - it has a ricey feel typical of junmai sake 🤔.
Daiginjo indeed!
Sake that is easy to drink without any unpleasant taste
Slightly fruity and delicious!
But... it's not very interesting because it doesn't have any characteristics.
When I visited Ise Jingu Shrine on a trip to Ise-Shima, I bought the one that was the easiest to drink after comparing three kinds at Morishita-san. (One of them, however, I couldn't buy because it was already sold out.)
It is a little classic, but has the refreshing and sweetness of Junmai Daiginjo, and may be suitable as an in-between-dinner drink. Mie also has a high level of sake!
Ota Shuzo
Hanzo Junmai Ginjyo Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake
This brewery is located in Iga City, Mie Prefecture.
Fresh and full-flavored new sake with a mild aroma and crisp taste.
Mild aroma and crisp taste.
#Nihon-shu
The rainy season has not yet ended and it is still this hot. This is the first summer sake of the year. It was a sake with a cool appearance, a light taste, and a strong umami flavor.
Is this the first time you've seen a live version of & ‼️
The balance between a good acidity and a fruity aftertaste is awesome👍.
Hachitan Nishiki is my favorite sake rice 🌾✌🏻
Nigori sake. It is recommended to drink it in a wine glass.
It has a unique hook that is characteristic of Kami no Ho and is addictive. It is easy to drink on the rocks.
I took some Halcyon, and now I have some time to kill.
Yes, let's have another glass!
The manager left two bottles of Junmai Daiginjo for me, saying it was my favorite!
First, an ogara-mi!
We had met it last year, too!
It is less spicy than Kure's ogaraumi and has a touch of sweetness!
Because it is jun-dai, there is no cloying taste!
