Today, in the heat of the day, we went on a tour of sake breweries.
We got off at Iga-Ueno Station on the Kansai Main Line and took a bus to the brewery. Unfortunately, we were not able to sample the sake, as reservations were required the day before the tasting.
After much hesitation, we chose this sake with a summery label.

The fourth drink at Sapporo's soba restaurant was "Hanzo" Iga Junmai Sake. This sake is also delicious! When the snacks are good, the sake is good, too.
