Purchased at Ise 1/6 Since we went all the way to Ise, we bought some sake as souvenirs. First, Ura-Hanzo Kami-no-Ho Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori Private brand of Morishita Sake Shop A nice apple-like aroma 😊 as soon as the bottle was opened. Great anticipation 🤩. In the mouth, it is sweet and yet refreshing! Umami and acidity are also present, clean and balanced taste, delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. It's so easy to go. It goes well with jyoyo-nabe, amberjack, and Thai shabu shabu 👌. A bit of a shame that the bitterness becomes a bit stronger at room temperature 😢. Personally, I prefer it cold ☺️

Mie Sake Drinking Comparison 6️⃣ I have never been so glad that Kaorin and I were drinking alone as we were yesterday🤣. I don't think I would have been able to finish all 11 types if I had been alone😇. Hanzo was well-balanced and refreshing and tasted like a summer sake, Tenyuma had an interesting change of taste from sweetness in the mouth to a throat hit at the finish, and Tamitsu was clear but strong at the finish, each had a strong personality and was very interesting 😇

This is a limited edition sake made with Kami no Ho🌾 from the warmer climate of Shima. I don't know how growing rice in a warmer climate affects sake rice (I don't get the impression that Shima is a rice farm), but I think it's an interesting experiment: ✨️ The taste is full-bodied, with a delicious sweetness that spreads across the palate. Very tasty sake 😋.

This is my first time drinking this brand and we don't carry it around here very often, but I trust that Mie's fire-aged standard Junmai is around here. The official recommendation is to warm it up to lukewarm. 40 degrees Celsius. A little strong alcoholic aroma and some nutty aged flavor. At 45°C, not much change, but the ripeness fades a bit and becomes milder. On the third day, we served it cold. This is also a nice, refreshing sake, but the ripe, syrupy flavor clings to it a bit. Before drinking it, I had an image of a brand with a modern but sharp taste, but I was surprised to find that it seems to have aged well. It is definitely suitable for warming up.

Tokyo Business Trip Series: Akita Senpai and a Shop in Mie Part 3 The owner of the store, an old rice cake shop, was a graduate of the same university. I can feel the difference in talent. I'm sorry for drinking only locally brewed sake at a craft beer shop. This was my second visit to Hanzo's Kami no Ho. I thought I was going to learn about sake rice by drinking the sake made by Kami no Hoto, but all I've learned is that it's delicious, and I'm not making any progress. The strongest tag team of Kami no Ho MK3 is one of my favorite combinations. Each prefecture, rice and yeast, is interesting in its own way. When I go on a business trip, my recent pattern is to just check in at the location and finish up on the bullet train.
