Condition: Unpasteurized (Hon-nama) Store purchased from: Jizake No Sake Shop "Yushuya" (Kiyota-ku, Sapporo) When the bottle is opened, it has a "ssshhhhppppppp" feeling. Moderate gassiness Slight pineapple and rice malt overtones The same full aroma, firm rice flavor, and mild sweetness as the topping, along with a small amount of citrus-like acidity, spread out with a pizzazz, and are quickly quenched by the slight spiciness and assertive bitterness of the alcohol. For a junmai daiginjo, the aroma is subdued, and the umami and richness of the rice can be felt, giving the sake a solid impression. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own. It went well with homemade hamburgers, fried oysters from Aono Suisan, fried horse mackerels, and crab cream croquettes. It went well with a Chinese chicken hamburger from Lucky Piero, a souvenir of Hakodate from an occasional work colleague.

I was a little short on drinks, so I had it as a closing drink. It had a good balance of acidity and sharpness, and was delicious even with a moderately full stomach. Sake from Mie is also all of a high level.

Choroki Hanpukai Series Mori no Shitashi's PB apparently Light but umakuchi sake. It has no bitterness and is full-bodied. It is light when chilled, and mellow when warmed, and can be enjoyed in various ways. It is very rare to find such a beautiful sake at 50 👍.

This is also a private brand purchased from "Sake Shop Morishita". Only the best parts of the Hanzo Junmai Daiginjo on the market are bottled 😋. Hmm? Melon? It has a fruity aroma like melon, but not tropical or anything like that. When you drink it, you can taste the fresh fruit aroma, the clean taste of water, the refreshing acidity, and a slight bitterness, and it is very refreshing! It's so delicious 😳 MK3 has a high production of aroma compounds, mainly ethyl caproate. I thought it should have an apple aroma, but it seems to have both the freshness and the gorgeousness of apples? Interesting combination of rice and yeast 🤯. Ingredients: Koji rice: 50% Kami no Ho (Mie Prefecture) 　　　　　Kake rice : 50% Kami no Ho (Mie Pref.) Alcohol 15% to 16%. Summer Vacation ☀ 8th at Otaru's famous restaurant Nigirigunraisen I drank Jishin Asahi at the 7th one but I skipped it because I drank it the day before and I have no more sushi to put on the post ‼️🤣. Back to Back to Back sake from Mie. When I told the owner that there were a lot of Mie sake, he said that he gets it from a liquor store in Mie. Why in Hokkaido? Well, Kido is in Wakayama, so it's close. I don't remember what it tasted like when I drank this much! I am sure it was delicious🤣.
