Condition: Unpasteurized (Hon-nama) Store purchased from: Jizake No Sake Shop "Yushuya" (Kiyota-ku, Sapporo) When the bottle is opened, it has a "ssshhhhppppppp" feeling. Moderate gassiness Slight pineapple and rice malt overtones The same full aroma, firm rice flavor, and mild sweetness as the topping, along with a small amount of citrus-like acidity, spread out with a pizzazz, and are quickly quenched by the slight spiciness and assertive bitterness of the alcohol. For a junmai daiginjo, the aroma is subdued, and the umami and richness of the rice can be felt, giving the sake a solid impression. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own. It went well with homemade hamburgers, fried oysters from Aono Suisan, fried horse mackerels, and crab cream croquettes. It went well with a Chinese chicken hamburger from Lucky Piero, a souvenir of Hakodate from an occasional work colleague.

On the second day of sightseeing in Mie, we went to Morishita Sake Shop in Oharaicho to compare three types of Mie sake. First, Hanzo. A stable, fruity and sweet sake that is typical of Hanzo. 🙆‍♂️ It is a good sake for beginners.

Hanzo" Ota Sake Brewery Company, Iga City, Mie Prefecture Sake rice produced in Mie Prefecture Kami-no-ho Koji produced in Mie Prefecture MK3 Polishing ratio 50%. Slightly sweet ginjo aroma unique to junmai daiginjo. The sweetness is gentle rather than floral. Recommended to be served chilled with a glass of wine, but the taste of rice is enhanced by serving it at room temperature or warmed.

This is the seventh and last eight drinks at Kagura, a standing bar. I found out about Hanzo from ma-ki-'s post 😁 Finally got to meet him 😍. The aroma is mild. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, clear 😍 It has a rich sweet-umami flavor. Wanted to drink it before I got drunk 🤣. The third photo is of Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjo Akiagari, I didn't even leave a note 😅. I was attracted by the all-you-can-drink offer and unpopularly made a mistake in pacing again, so I'll learn a little more next time 🤔. I must have been drunk on the way home 😅I suddenly remembered Jive's post about red canned meat, so I bought some minced meat and red canned meat and went home and made a keema curry using cumin and red canned meat 🤣. The rice came from a bolt from Aomori that I got as a gift at a dancyu party the other day and I was proud of myself for adding garam masala if the curry wasn't spicy enough 🤣🤣.
