I have never been so glad that Kaorin and I were drinking alone as we were yesterday🤣.
I don't think I would have been able to finish all 11 types if I had been alone😇.
Hanzo was well-balanced and refreshing and tasted like a summer sake, Tenyuma had an interesting change of taste from sweetness in the mouth to a throat hit at the finish, and Tamitsu was clear but strong at the finish, each had a strong personality and was very interesting 😇

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 We were both quite drunk after drinking about 6 sakes.
We were both very drunk after drinking about 6 kinds of sake, but we had the impression that each sake in Mie has its own distinct character and personality, so even with our stupid tongues, we could enjoy the sake comparison.
