The aroma was not as strong as expected, but the sweetness and sake aroma came later, making it a very tasty sake.
The first one has a very strong, refreshing taste with no cloying flavor.
It is very tasty and impressive.
Thank you very much.

The color is clear and the aroma is slightly subdued.
In the mouth, it has a banana-like aroma with a dry feel and a delicious slight bitterness.
After all, it is very enjoyable to see a different side of the locality.
The last bottle I got from the Sangdo Shrine party.
It is a collaboration with Fukuoka sake brewery Shiraito Shuzo.
Tanaka Rokugo is well known, but the Shiraito brand is also a collaboration with a good sake brewery, so I had him buy it immediately 🍶.
It has a sweet aroma and when you put it in your mouth, it tastes a little tangy on your tongue and then the sweet rice flavor comes in!
The aftertaste is impressive with some sourness and sweetness coming together, and it was easy to drink and went down very quickly.
I recently went to a Hana-no-Kou sake brewery opening called Sanso Shinen Banquet. I bought this limited edition sake at the event.
It is delicious. The aroma is not so strong, and the taste is refreshing and gorgeous. It has a perfect balance of umami and ginjo flavor.
Hana no Kaori Junmai Ginjo Kikka.
While soaking in the afterglow of the Sanchoshinbetsu, we opened a bottle of Hana-no-Kou's Kikka, which was a farewell gift from a colleague from Kumamoto!
It is a cross between Yamadanishiki from Wasui-cho and Kumamoto No. 9 yeast, and you can sense the commitment to the Kumamoto region.
It has a sweet nose with melon and strawberry nuances, and on the palate, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and fruity overtones, while the sharp and crisp acidity gives a strong impression. This is probably the result of the sake's traditional sake making process.
The taste is different from that of Umehana and Sakurahana as well as Sanchi, and it is a bottle that further shows the depth of Hana-no-Kagura Shuzo's nostalgia.
Hana-no-Ko Umehana Morning Press Nama-nazake.
The long-awaited Sansho Shinenkai (Sacred Land God Party)!
I arrived in Kumamoto for two days and one night for this sake brewery festival organized by the Hananoka Sake Brewery.
There were three types of sake to be tasted at the event: the standard Yamadanishiki Ninonozo, the Hananoka Umehana Morning Pressing, and a limited edition mixed brew of Kago and Yamadanishiki.
The second cup was the morning pressing of Hana no Koka Umehana.
It was freshly pressed the day before for this divine banquet!
The fresh flavor was enhanced with a fruity, muscat-like topping aroma!
There were three types of sanshin banquet drinks, and if you used up exactly all the coins provided on the day, you could drink all three types! I was so excited 🤔.
Not enough to drink at all 😂.
So I got in line and opened the collaboration sake of Hana no Kaori and Shiraito that I got 😆.
I really like the sound they make when they open the bottle 🎉.
It makes me feel good 🎉! If you look closely, you can see that everyone is opening sake in the same way 😏.
The slight effervescence was the same as that of the three types we drank in the comparison, but the nigoriness and slightly lactic acidity may be a bit like Shiraito-ness.
The bubbles are light and easy to drink, and the four-pack of sake with the horse meat tofu as snack is instantaneous....
I've already opened one bottle and I still can't get enough 😭.
Next up is a rare drink 😊.
It's a test brew from Hana no Kou Sake Brewery✨
This one has quite a sour taste 😆.
It's quite an interesting sake 😊.
The more you drink, the more addictive the sourness becomes ✨.
It's also delicious 😆.
