Hana-no-Ko Umehana Morning Press Nama-nazake. The long-awaited Sansho Shinenkai (Sacred Land God Party)! I arrived in Kumamoto for two days and one night for this sake brewery festival organized by the Hananoka Sake Brewery. There were three types of sake to be tasted at the event: the standard Yamadanishiki Ninonozo, the Hananoka Umehana Morning Pressing, and a limited edition mixed brew of Kago and Yamadanishiki. The second cup was the morning pressing of Hana no Koka Umehana. It was freshly pressed the day before for this divine banquet! The fresh flavor was enhanced with a fruity, muscat-like topping aroma!

There were three types of sanshin banquet drinks, and if you used up exactly all the coins provided on the day, you could drink all three types!　I was so excited 🤔. Not enough to drink at all 😂. So I got in line and opened the collaboration sake of Hana no Kaori and Shiraito that I got 😆. I really like the sound they make when they open the bottle 🎉. It makes me feel good 🎉! If you look closely, you can see that everyone is opening sake in the same way 😏. The slight effervescence was the same as that of the three types we drank in the comparison, but the nigoriness and slightly lactic acidity may be a bit like Shiraito-ness. The bubbles are light and easy to drink, and the four-pack of sake with the horse meat tofu as snack is instantaneous.... I've already opened one bottle and I still can't get enough 😭.

Next up is a rare drink 😊. It's a test brew from Hana no Kou Sake Brewery✨ This one has quite a sour taste 😆. It's quite an interesting sake 😊. The more you drink, the more addictive the sourness becomes ✨. It's also delicious 😆.

Nice to meet you Umehana! It seems to be a venue exclusive ‼️ The sweetness explodes from the first sip 🤤. It's not too sweet, but it's not too sweet, and it's not too sweet, so you can drink it easily. This one was only for comparison, so I didn't buy it... Instead, I bought the sparkling Hana-no-Kou, which was only available at the opening. I'm looking forward to opening it.

I've wanted to go for a long time. Hananoka Sake Brewery's Sake Brewery Festival "Sangojin Banquet 5,000 yen for a direct bus tour from Fukuoka. I went to an event where the bus fare and a ticket worth 1,000 yen in exchange for a square were included in the price, which was also great 🍶. Mrs... I was busy with my work during the busy season. I wish I could have been there... So... But let me preface this by saying... I had to buy something because I went there. Limited Sake Hana-no-Kou "Sakurabana" Morning Pressed Nama-nazake The only way to drink such a thing is to drink it on the day of purchase! The cherry blossom label is simple-is-best, as always! Enjoying the pleasant sweet aroma, it is very light on the palate. The sweet taste of the sake is soft and smooth with a mild sharpness, and it goes down quickly and easily... too much to regret 🍶.

Hi Jay & Nobby😃 That's right... we couldn't go 💦. I got 3 limited edition sake instead, so I had 4 bottles of Hanakoka Sake at home, in addition to the waiting Sanburi (lol). Next year I plan to go here or to the Nabeshima brewery opening! ✌️

When I started drinking sake, they still had it in Fukuoka. At that time, there were so many sake that I wanted to try, and I thought that I could drink it anytime since it was from Kumamoto, a neighboring prefecture. But it became a Kumamoto-only sake and I couldn't drink it 😆😆. I wandered over to a liquor store in Tamana, Kumamoto, Oh wow! I found Hana no Kou 😍😂😂. I'd forgotten all about you because of the major popularity of Sandon in the country 😂😂. When you open the cork, it has a sweet fruity aroma. Not flashy but gorgeous sweetness in the mouth 😋😋. Rounded acidity😍.
