I bought this the other day when I went to Kumamoto on business. It is now sold only in Kumamoto Prefecture, so you can only buy it on such occasions.
It is a delicious yet refreshing sake that goes down smoothly.
It was delicious. Thank you very much for your kindness.
Fish that my brother-in-law prepared for me to enjoy with sake.
I am happy to be able to drink Hana-no-Ka sake with my family every day.
Sakurabana is gorgeous and really delicious!
My father passed away and we all had a mourning drink.
We chose Umehana from Hana-no-Kou. The Yamada-Nishiki from Wasui-cho, which is used in the already delicious Hananaka, was polished to 35%, resulting in a clear and tasty sake with no cloying taste! Delicious! A toast!
This time I came to Kyushu and drank a lot of sansho.
Of course, you can't miss the local brand Hana no Kaori 😁.
I had the Sakurabana Junmai Daiginjo!
Sweet and fruity
Light taste
The label on the back says "fragrant and sharp like a flower"
I love it because it's so beautiful and clear!
I feel it is for women 🥳.
It's almost time for the cherry blossoms to be in full bloom 🌸
The area around Kurokawa Onsen is quite interesting!
Smoke from the hot spring is so thick!
Blue sky in the background
Nice view
The car navigation system was telling me where to go, but I felt like I was driving on a racing game course 😆.
And the navi kept repeating "Entering Oita prefecture" and "Entering Kumamoto prefecture".
Just when you think you've entered Oita
And then it enters Kumamoto again 💦💦💦.
Too funny🤣❤️
Hi superbebe, nice to meet you. I always enjoy reading your travelogue and sake records✨I didn't know there was so much smoke at Kurokawa Onsen! I love the atmosphere and hot water of this hot spring 🥳♨️ nice scenery and good drinks, nice trip 😊.
Nice to meet you, Kotaro😊.
Thanks for taking the time to read it properly: 🫶🏻
It's fun to see smoke rising here and there, just like a hot spring resort: ♨️
Jigoku Onsen in Aso (foot spa)
Waiwai Onsen near Kurokawa and Chojabaru Shichirida Onsen Nagayu Onsen Recommended🤗.
Japan's most sizzling carbonic acid spring!

Kumamoto's sake is made for Kumamoto by the popular Hananaka Sake Brewery in Sanchi.
It seems to be stocked by a chef from Kumamoto. I drank it for the first time.
It was a very aromatic sake with a delicate flavor.
Of course it is close to Kumamoto's sake, but the sweetness of Kumamoto's sake is more pronounced.
This one has a stronger aroma.
It was very tasty.
I would like to buy some when I visit Kumamoto.
Really fragrant and fruity. It is also soft to the taste. It is not a food sake, but rather a sake that you would want to eat by itself with cream cheese or dried fruits. Of course, it has a refreshing aftertaste that is typical of sake, but I think it is easy to drink even for those who do not like sake. This is another sake that is not available at local breweries, not available at distributors in Osaka and Tokyo, and not available online (my personal opinion).
(The photo shows a tasting by Hananoka Shuzo, which was also the first time I received this sake.)
