It is fresh and fruity, but the sharpness is sharp and good!
Although it is called junmai, it has a good ginjo-like ginjo aroma and a clean, gorgeous sake quality.
Sake rice→100% Hitogochi grown in Nagano Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio→65
Alcohol content: 17%.
100% Hitogochi from Nagano Prefecture, Suwano-No-Ippon! I bought a series of sake from Shinshu. Whenever I buy a sweet sake, I always end up buying a dry sake as well and combining them before I run out. It was a happy evening drinking together with the Shinshu specialty Nozawana.
Wrong order to raise.
The nose is faintly apple and pear.
Fruity acidity and a clear, transparent entrance.
While the rice is light, the umami has a sense of body and depth of flavor.
It finishes cleanly and smoothly.
It is not flashy, but a perfect and beautiful food sake.
Taste: 3.5/5

Kamito's New Sake Arabashiri
This is becoming a seasonal staple!
I'll open the one I bought during the last holiday weekend 😀.
It's freshly squeezed and vibrant!
Sweetness like grapes and a little bit of a tangy alcohol taste!
A cheap yet highly satisfying and delicious sake that seems to be the latest Kamito!
Sake that is uniquely Japanese
It seems to go well with all kinds of dishes as it leaves little residue on the palate.
It was a strange combination of a gifted Matsuba Crab and a hamburger steak, but it went well with both!
It went well with both!
It is a new sake arabashiri from Kamito 🍶.
The top aroma is fresh and slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a fresh and refreshing sweetness with just a hint of umami.
It was very easy to drink with almost no roughness.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
By the way, the store owner behind the sake is the part-time lady who asked Ane-san, "Are you in Nagano for a drink?" I asked her 😉.
The third picture is the ruins of Matsudai Castle in Matsudai-cho, Nagano.
Originally called "Kaizu Castle", Shingen Takeda had Kansuke Yamamoto build this castle to prepare for Kenshin Uesugi.
The fourth picture is the snow-capped Hakuba mountain range seen from the bank of the Chikuma River. 🏔️
Congratulations on your 1200 check-in 🎊🎉🎉, Matsuchiyosan!
I enjoy your series of historical visits as well as your sake 😊I would like to visit Matsudai Castle, which is one of the 100 most famous castles in Japan.
Good evening, Pon 🍶.
Azas, you found it after all 😆.
There is no castle tower, but it is a magnificent castle with stone walls.
Please visit there together with the ruins of the old battlefield of Kawanakajima 😊.
It is delicious!
It is hard to believe that it is 65% polished rice.
It is a dry sake with a crisp and clean taste.
but it also has a delicious rice flavor.
Fresh and clean aroma like muscat 🍇.
The taste is also sweet and delicious like muscat 😋😋.
The taste is also sweet and tasty like muscat 😋😋, followed by a tangy citrus acidity 🍊🍊.
Minty fresh aftertaste 🌿.
It's gone ✨.
New sake in November. Refreshing taste. It even clears my nose when I have a cold. It has a slight effervescence and an impressive acidity that makes the cup go down a treat.
