Purchased after tasting at the brewery
It is so mellow that it is hard to believe that it is Yamahai. ❗️ The unique atmosphere of Yamahai is beautifully melted into the sweetness of the sake ^ ^.
I don't like Yamahai very much, but I can repeat this brewery's work ^ ^.
Decent body is achieved☺️ great👍
Since I'm back in my hometown, here's the second installment.

We gathered with relatives and family for lunch. We had delicious food and beer at a sushi kaiseki restaurant 🍺.
At night, we had dinner at my parents' house. They prepared beer and sake for us, but we drank a lot during lunch, so both were in moderation.
They had prepared Takasago for us to drink. I wonder if it's my dad's favorite these days, I feel like he buys it often 🤔.
It is said to be dry, but I can feel the sweetness as well. After that comes the bitterness. You can drink it neatly.
Purchased at a department store. Highly rare.
A collaboration between Shizuoka's Fuji Takasago Sake Brewery and Motox. Sometimes you can find Motox collaboration sake at chain liquor stores.
Cold sake.
Not much aroma.
It has a soft mouthfeel with some acidity and a hint of sweetness.
It goes down the throat smoothly.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
