The aroma is not very strong, but you can feel the fruity scent from a distance. The mouthfeel is a little sweet, but it is very refreshing and easy to drink. Today's pairing is deep-fried lotus root. You can feel the flavor of sake without disturbing the meal. I might like this sake from Shizuoka. ^_^

It doesn't say it, but according to the official instagram, it's unfiltered raw sake. He requested to drink something similar to Okura (Asahi direct pumping), and I thought this would be the one with the similar taste. It's not as sweet as Okura, but the acidity is effective and it's juicy and delicious.

My fridge is back, so I'm back to buying booze! My impression is that it's quite spicy. Also, the alcohol smell is too strong for me. The flavor is reminiscent of flowers. Overall, it's a unique type that I've never had before.

Fourth sake party, prepared by a friend of mine. This is a collaboration sake with Ryuji, a cookery researcher! (We received the right side of the picture) After drinking it, everyone agreed: "It's heated sake! Weak Shaoxing sake taste, or hot sake? So we put it on hold because we weren't ready to heat it up!

The palate is sweet like vanilla syrup. It goes down your throat with the same thickness as it is. But it is delicious because it does not have the clinginess of Shaoxing wine.
