Daiginjo Usunigori is said to be 18% alcohol, but the finish is easy to drink, not feeling at all alcoholic. It is fruity, with a pleasant melon-like taste. But as you continue to drink it, of course it starts to get to you. As one would expect from a beer with 18% alcohol by volume. It's like a beer with a lot of alcohol.
The next day and after, it is still the same with a gentle taste in the mouth, and then suddenly, 18 degrees comes in the nose. You will feel pleasantly drunk.
Yamada-Nishiki is polished to 50% and adjusted with brewer's alcohol. It is really very easy to drink. For those who like fruity sake, this is a must-try! I would like to recommend it to all fruity lovers.
Merry Christmas!
Here is what we are having tonight.
It goes well with the Christmas Eve meal.

Thank you for your comment, Ponchan😊The room decorations are a hobby of his wife's, now that Xmas is over, they will be replaced by New Year's decorations: ☺️
Good honey feeling 🐝🍯.
I personally prefer this yamahai version cold 🍶🧊.
The mild mouthfeel and the slightly umami aftertaste are indeed great 👍
I wonder if it would be sweeter when warmed up: ⁉️
It is a very sweet sake. It has a taste typical of Yamahai. While making the most of the Yamahai-like aftertaste, the sweetness and umami in the middle part of the taste is produced in a way that only Yamahai can produce.
We had a family celebration and it had been a really long time since we had an overnight dinner party. We had a very enjoyable evening with good food and good drinks.

Delicious!
This is delicious!
Easy to drink with no peculiarities!
You can buy Shizuoka sake anytime!
That's why I don't pick it up very often.
This time I got lucky!
I'll have another one!
Sour flavor, a bit more stimulating than the Naraman we drank together? A little less sharp than the Naraman we drank together. The flavor is a little less acidic than the Naraman we drank together, but the breadth is stronger, and the final impression is quite spicy.
However, I did not think it was delicious.
I think Naraman, Kikusake, and Isobojiman were better.
