@sakebar Fukuzo This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶. The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Past Drinking. At the thank-you party for the youth sports team my second son was a member of in March This was the only sake they had in a regular Chinese restaurant. Bandai Josen (mellow sake) To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but... Arauma⁉️ Surprisingly fruity for an alcoholic beverage. It even has a nice sweetness to it. It has a certain sharpness. It may be called a famous sweet and tasty popular sake. It's not bad. I was pouring and receiving sake and before I knew it, the bottle was empty 😁.

Here is the second remote New Year's party Bandai Risshun Asashibori We happened to find this at a liquor store we went to for a different purpose! I bought it because I had to! You have to cherish what's in season 😁. The brewery is located near Umi Hachiman Shrine, a famous local shrine for easy childbirth! No need to say that the Hachimangu Shrine is a good place to have a safe delivery 😁. It has been around for quite a long time, and if you are over a certain age, you must know the commercial that says "Sake is great, I love you, I love you, I love you" 😁. Let's get started! The aroma is grapey and fruity On the palate, the trinity of sweet, delicious and acidic flavors comes together in a whirlwind! A few tenths of a second later, the bitterness comes in. The bitterness is strong and lingers for a long time. Slowly fades away... I see... So this is how it tastes. This is a very good taste.

This is a luxurious sake that is pressed in the morning and delivered today, the first day of spring. I think Bandai and Tenshin are the only ones in Fukuoka. We took it home from the liquor store and immediately enjoyed it! Fresh! It's so refreshing and easy to drink! Delicious! This is one I hope to encounter again next year.
