Bandai Junmai Sake Bottle Storage
The aroma is the same as that of Junmai-shu.
The acidity is a little stronger, but the finish is clean and crisp (with a touch of alcohol and bitterness😃).
I'd like to try it warmed up next time 😆.

The aroma is a little cloying. I thought it might be a classic sake, but it was very refreshing and the sweetness of the rice was beautiful. It was shockingly delicious.
I drank it cold and warmed, but I thought it tasted even better cold. It was soft on the palate and had a pronounced sweetness that I can honestly say was delicious.
Chikuzen tasted the sake of Umi.
It has a mellow and well balanced taste. It is also a really delicious sake.
It's a shame that his father spilled some on the tatami and let him drink a cup or so...

It's not fruity, but it's easy to drink with a predominantly sweet taste. In the aftertaste, there's a bit of a messy, bitter taste that's only slightly annoying
It was rather slippery😊.
