first pressing of the New Year's morning brew (sake, soy sauce, mirin, etc.)
Fruity on the entry, but sake-like in the middle
Spicy on the way out
I think I liked last year's one.

A cup of Mandai sake 🍶.
It is sweet and thick 🤤.
Steamed sweet potato🍠, with bitterness from rice🌾.
Jeez.... Deep.
What a sake 🍶!
Cup sake is really delicious these days 🤤.
I can't deny that it smells like an uncle, but if a young person was drinking it, I would hug him with all my might 🤣🤣🤣.
@sakebar Fukuzo
This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago.
Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔.
It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶.
The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet.
When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
