The person next to me recommended it to me and I was hooked! My favorite flavor! It's still dry. I think I'm going to be addicted to the raw sake swamp. Sushi is good.
I personally have an image of Muso as a modern dry wine that is distinctly different from Niigata's light and dry wines. It is characterized by a fruity, yet refreshing flavor with a moderate sweetness.
Muso's new varieties are particularly fresh, and are in the realm of modern dry dry. It has a fresh and fragrant grapefruit flavor and aroma that makes it refreshing to drink. It's insanely good.
The alcohol content is slightly low at 15%. It is a tasty sake that can be enjoyed by those who are not accustomed to drinking sake.
☀️
Fresh, soft rice sweetness and flavor 🌾.
A little sourness too🤔.
When combined with ume crystals, the acidity disappeared and I could enjoy the sweetness more 😊.
I drank it for the first time!
It is refreshing at first, but has a strong aftertaste!
You can taste the deliciousness of the rice as it rolls across your tongue!

The Sanyu was delicious last year.
I decided not to drink it right after it was released from the brewery in the spring, so I kept it over the summer as I did last year.
The first sip has a fresh flavor with a slight effervescence.
It has a subtle leesiness and umami supported by acidity.
Although it is said to be dry, it is moderately sweet.
It was kept cold and was empty within 3 days.
The second souvenir from the other day.
Koshi-tanrei.
It has a slightly acidic and umami taste.
It has a fresh umami in the middle part of the mouth, and the aftertaste goes away smoothly.
