I bought it because the last time I drank Musho's raw sake was so good. This is "Tensei," which only a few stores in Japan carry. It is said to be a modern dry sake, and I have high expectations for this one as well.
The rice used is Niigata's Koshitanrei, and although it is a neat dry sake, it has a gorgeous aroma and is different from the classic dry sake. It seems to have a sourness to it, but I think melon is the best fit for the taste.
It is refreshing, so I think it is suitable for those who do not like sweet sake.
It's an unfamiliar floral scent.
Plumeria, tropical flowers. Also tangerine-like.
The texture is very smooth.
A bit herbal.
It passes by and gradually becomes aromatic, like mushrooms or nuts,
But fresh rice.
Affinity for the olive flavor of cold potage.

The first sip of this sake has a refreshing fruitiness that continues to be delicious. An enjoyable sake.
A nice fruity Sake that has a mild peach flavor and a good level of umami. A fine Sake to drink on its own or with food.
Despite the clear aroma, the lactic acidity of the flavor spreads slowly from the moment of drinking.
Various flavors come and go, but the sharpness is very smart.
Both the food and the sake go down a treat.

Mousou Sanyu Orikagarami Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu.
It is said to be light and dry,
but it is easy to drink because it is orikagarami,
It is easy to drink and you don't feel the dryness ☻
I like Musho and Tsururei in Niigata 😊.

Freshly pressed and young. It has a strong acidity and a white wine-like taste. Spiciness stands out. A little grassy. Might have a different impression if served warm 🤔.
Great izakaya with a great selection of Niigata sake and a corner shop that you can't miss when you visit Murakami ✨I'd love to go back 😆.

Good morning, hoshiaki 😊.
I see you went to Kadoya.
I don't have a corner shop, but I always stop by when I go over there and order from there 👍.
Please come to Niigata again.
Jurian, thanks for your comment 😊It's a great liquor store ✨I haven't been able to post yet, but I also bought a set of Niigata Sake no Jin, 30 cups of sake online 😅I want to go back there again.

A little schwar✨. Lemon🍋 and pear🍐. Gorgeous. But restrained. Goes well with the tenderloin of Sado Island bigeye tuna. I hear the gelatin in the tail end and muscle of the tuna is delicious when cooked 😋.

Mousou's soradic, melancholy, and very impressive last year, and this year's Itsukusetsu.
The slight effervescence of bubbles on the first sip enhances the light, well-balanced sake with a refreshing flavor, good acidity and umami... and most importantly, it is delicious.
It is said to be a "clean, dry" sake, but it is neither sweet nor heavy, more like a middle palate.
But I think the taste of sake is something else.
I warmed up some of the leftover. It tastes smoother.
