I don't know if it's because it's an ogara-mi, but I love the fresh kiwi-like aroma with a hint of milkiness. The gaseous, slightly mineral brewing water is very good, concentrating juicy sweetness like muscat and the umami of the rice. But this one is dry, leaving a sharp taste that lingers in the throat at the end, so it is easy to drink without being cloying.
