The fourth summer sake in the Maruhi series.
It is made from 100% Miyamanishiki, with a rice polishing ratio of 60%.
Just by combining the multi-acidic yeast NO.77 with Yamahai, the acidity is combined with sweetness for a refreshing drink. Very tasty.

My favorite sweet sake is Maruhi by Hiraizumi!
It's almost like a noble sake. I enjoyed the dense sweetness and moderate acidity!
