On the second day, the wine is more balanced and sweet, like a white wine. Less bitterness! Very tasty! ❣️ Day 3, no more gas and it has settled down. This is delicious, but I prefer the balanced sweetness of the second day! Maruhi has overturned the idea that Yamahai = hard to drink last year, and this is the sake I want to drink for the rest of the year 😊.
