It is a brewery in Himi. The label design is good! I think it is an image of Akebono (dawn) from the Tateyama mountain range seen from Toyama Bay. It has a nice aroma and flavor. We will enjoy it slowly. The sake lees given to us at the brewery is delicious. It still has a good flavor and I use it for various dishes!
I chose this sake from a pop-up with a brand I had never had at the first liquor store I entered. I followed the pop, prepared a side dish of yellowtail, and opened the bottle!
The gentle, fresh aroma has a strong rice flavor and a fairly thick taste. It has a gentle and fresh aroma with a strong rice flavor and a fairly thick taste, so it goes well with fatty yellowtail. I drank it with shao mai (steamed pork dumplings) afterward, and it went well with shao mai as well!

The clerk's recommendation pop-up was the deciding factor. Almost no aroma. The taste is light and free of any cloying flavor. No fizz, no sweetness, and no coolness, but it has no peculiarities, so you can drink it smooth like water. Delicious.

Hi tao😃
There's always something melancholy in the brightness of your photos and the snacks look delicious 😋😊.
This one doesn't disturb the meal in a way, it's like the ultimate food wine 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby ~ ☀️
Thanks for taking a look, lol.
Yes, it's a sake that goes well with all kinds of food, but also has a sake feel. I think it's a sake that goes well with any dish and still has a sake feel to it. 🍶♪
