Sake made with white malted rice.
I think it is very dry among the sake made with white malted rice.
Citrus aroma and acidity. It was like a dry white wine. Almost no sweetness, so it is not my favorite type.
Loose 🐱label and taste gap 😹.
I liked AKEBONO FLAT from the same brewery, which is sweet and sour.
