Toyama, Himi city. Takazawa Sake Brewery Co. Ariiso Junmai-shu Akebono Hatsuarashi This sake brewery in Toyama was hit by the earthquake on New Year's Day. After all, drink and support! We will drink it cold. The color is clear with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is mild and slightly apple-like. The mouthfeel is gentle, and the wine stays in the mouth for a short time before slipping down the throat. The texture is hard and minerally. Very refreshing! After swallowing, the aroma that wafts through the nose is slightly sweet and enhances the rich, robust flavor. The aftertaste is also moderately tightened by a gentle acidity, and the aftertaste is also refreshing. There is a slight spiciness afterward, but it is not harsh. It is also delicious. I wish you the best of luck in rebuilding your brewery 🙏✨. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Alcohol Content: 15%. Rice used: 100% Toyama-ken Oyamanishiki Polishing ratio: 55 Yeast used: Association 1401 (Kanazawa yeast) Production manager:Ryuichi Takazawa
