A rather tasteful pop label.
AKEBONO LIGHT
I thought it would be sour and acidic, but it was quite refreshing, a bit like a white wine, which I don't like.
I drank Akebono Hatsuarashi, a junmai sake from a brewery in Toyama that was hit by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, to support the victims, and it was also quite refreshing. I wonder if it is made to go well with seafood.
