The first Nabeshima of my life in a Nabeshima glass!
The taste is not fire-roasted. It is a well-balanced type, and I imagine it to be similar to Miyazumi or something like that.
I took my time and let it sit empty for two weeks.
Delicious!
From the moment I opened the bottle to the moment I finished it.
Just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness, it was delicious all the way through!
8.5
No aroma. Sweetness is not persistent, just right. It is a very tasty sake that finishes on the palate with a subtle sweetness that is not bitter but tropical 🏝️ fruit🥭.
I'm glad I bought a bottle🥰.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Rice used: 100% Gohyakumangoku
Caught the last two bottles at the liquor store I usually go to.
I knew I had to buy it.
The aroma is not flashy, but it is juicy and fresh with a beautiful fragrance.
If I were to use fruit, I would say peach or lychee.
The taste is good.
The mellow and beautiful sweetness spreads softly in the mouth, with a slight bitterness and astringent nuance in the latter half. You can drink it without getting bored at all.
If you find it, please try it.
