I don't often drink aruzome, but I bought this one because it was Nabeshima... The ginjo aroma is fruity... the mouthfeel is sweet... then a nice lingering bitterness... it's a gem! Delicious 😋Supplementation of stamina in the intense heat! Hand-roasted domestic eel from a certain supermarket as a side dish...mmmm! This eel is delicious 😋 Teyaki from Kagoshima 😋 This Kyushu marriage...yes!

The aroma is sweet and fruity...the mouthfeel is sweet and bitter...and the aftertaste is sharp! The balance of sweetness and bitterness is exquisite...delicious...even when drunk on its own...with a side of salted sea urchin and squid...yuck! So good...no wonder it's so popular...so good...so good!

(∇｀｀ 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nave-sama club activity 🐧I got a special pure raw purchased last year 😀. The aroma is mild😊 on the palate, you can feel the slight gassiness that is typical of Nabeshima ✨ there's a firm mellow sweetness and bitterness 😚 As expected from Nabesama it's delicious 😘. I paired it with the Echizen Organic Hamana Miso I bought the other day in Fukui ✨🥳.

Nabeshima has also been encountered for a long time. Summer Moon here was advertised as a freshly picked green apple. I tried it and found it was green apple! Rice used: 100% Tokujo Yamadanishiki from Kyumeida Village, Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 15%.

The last of the day was one of the six bottles introduced on SNS Nabeshima's Hyogo Special A District Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki Special Junmai Sake I knew I had to try it! I was allowed to drink it three years ago at Asakusa Yohana. Not the standard special junmai, but Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki! Good aroma and easy to drink! In addition to the usual pickled vegetables, the young owner offered us a lemon sherbet to cool down after the meat! Thank you very much 😊! It was a fun one-person evening party that lasted about an hour! I'll be back to visit again♪ extensive knowledge Sake quality: Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Ingredient rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa Alcohol content 15 Polishing ratio 60

Saga Prefecture Special Junmai Sake Akaban Omachi Rice Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15%. 100% Omachi rice Rich sweetness of banana. The aroma is crisp and fruity. The slight carbonation is enjoyable. The aftertaste is bitter, and you will never get tired of drinking it. It is an excellent sake, a quintessential sake!

Sushi restaurant, the second one is Aizan in Nabeshima✨. I couldn't detect the aroma, but the subtle gasiness, light sweetness to emphasized acidity, and sweet and sour accents made for a very impressive and delicious sake! The uncluttered flavor unique to daiginjo made me finish the whole cup in no time 😍. The photo is of the whale sashimi, which was so rich it was like meat ✨And the hamo and ume plum chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).

ichiro18, I would like to try Nabe-sama's Aizan as well 🤤. I'm a big fan of sweet and sour sake, so I have the impression it's right in the middle of my favorites 😋.
