I don't often drink aruzome, but I bought this one because it was Nabeshima... The ginjo aroma is fruity... the mouthfeel is sweet... then a nice lingering bitterness... it's a gem! The aroma is sweet and fruity...the mouthfeel is sweet and bitter...and the aftertaste is sharp! The balance of sweetness and bitterness is exquisite...delicious...even when drunk on its own...with a side of salted sea urchin and squid...yuck! So good...no wonder it's so popular...so good...so good!

(∇｀｀ 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nave-sama club activity 🐧I got a special pure raw purchased last year 😀. The aroma is mild😊 on the palate, you can feel the slight gassiness that is typical of Nabeshima ✨ there's a firm mellow sweetness and bitterness 😚 As expected from Nabesama it's delicious 😘. I paired it with the Echizen Organic Hamana Miso I bought the other day in Fukui ✨🥳.

The party is not over yet🍶. 5th glass: Nabeshima Harvest Moon Special Junmai This one also had a refreshing taste. It has a good umami and is delicious though. I haven't bought any seasonal Nabeshima this year, I think I'm drinking it all outside😅.

I haven't drank sake in a long time๑´-. ̫ - `๑꒱. I'm glad I haven't had Nabeshima for a long time. It is very tasty. It goes well with sashimi. Happiness.

For the purpose of comparing small quantities of Junmai Ginjo, Tokusen Junmai, and Tokusen Junmai Aizan, we will combine them into one. (Is this OK? Forgive me, Nabeshima fans...) Junmai Ginjo Slightly sweeter than the other three. However, it does not interfere with a meal at all. Special Junmai Easy to drink with a gentle rice aroma. Special Junmai Aizan Aizan is a very slightly sparkling rice. The aroma in the mouth was like pineapple. It may be my favorite of the three.

I was wondering about this new product: ❗️ Special Junmai Yamadaho😊. The aroma is more subdued than I expected. Unusually for Nabeshima, it has a hint of melon🍈 flavor. I can taste a hint of melon-like flavor, which is rare for Nabeshima: ‼️ A little bitterness in the aftertaste with a moderate sweetness. It also has a fine and crispy gasiness. It's really delicious 😍. It goes well with everything except raw fish 👍 I'd like another bottle if possible😅

Well, well, well, today is my mother's 82nd birthday, and the only way to celebrate is with Nabeshima Sake, the classic Nabeshima. This quality at a price point that's good for everyday drinking✨. I wish we had more Nabesama around 🤣. I can't say I'm greedy. I am thankful to have encountered it 🙇. I can feel a little bit of alcohol, but it's more about the deliciousness of the rice, and it's a little bit more quirky than other Nabesama, but it's still very easy to drink 😋🍶. Tonight we celebrated my mother's birthday and enjoyed the conversation with my parents' memories of their youth 😁.

Nabeshima Harvestmoon Special Junmai Sake. This year again, it is a cappuccino type with a hint of pear and soft grain. This year, it has a relatively smooth texture with a tangy acidity that extends well. The acidity extends into the mid-palate, but the lingering acidity is dry. The bitterness and aftertaste are followed by a slight astringency. The taste is gentle yet deep and delicious.
