Well, I hadn't drank recently, so I bought Nabeshima for the first time in 2 years.
The tropical aroma that is typical of Nabeshima is intriguing 😆.
It has a slight effervescence, a perfect balance of sweetness and sharpness, and an easy-drinking quality that will appeal to many people ✌️
The absolute sweetness is on par with Shinshu Kamerei's Jungin Yamadanishiki, which I drank one time before, but Nabeshima has a cleaner aftertaste and a more subdued overtone.
This is also a very good sake that can be safely recommended to anyone😘.

My first Nabesama was from here, and I remember being surprised at how good it tasted as good as it was rumored to be 😊.
We got it at Saibayashi Sake Shop last year during our Miyagi tour. Even though it has been in the fridge for a year, it is still very fresh. Muscat. I drank it carefully over a week, and from around the third day, I could taste the umami of the rice, and eventually it has a nice, clean feeling. Hokkaido's Kitashizuku is a good sake rice.
