I was attracted by the white bear label and purchased it.
The Kimura Sake Brewery, located in Yuzawa, Akita Prefecture, has been in business for about 400 years. The "Kakuemon" brand is a limited distribution brand named after the third generation of brewers who trained in Itami...
It has a refreshing mouthfeel and a delicate fruity aroma that is not overly fragrant, giving it a mellow and crisp taste.
When chilled and served in a wine glass, its gentle fruity aroma will ease the heat.
The smartness typical of summer sake and the crispness of the aftertaste make it easy to drink.
The crisp, dry aftertaste makes the four-pack go by in a blink of an eye.
This is a limited collaboration product of the 100th anniversary of Kakuemon and Kan Hisa Shoten, a liquor store in Akita City. It has a unique flavor that I have never had before. It has a nice sharpness and a fluffy koji aroma that fills the mouth.
It smells slightly sweet.
The taste is fruity and juicy. A little sweet but not sticky.
It has a gassy feeling.
It is young and fresh, but mellow without the sharpness and sharpness that new sake tends to have.
Anyway, it is delicious.
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆
Checking in for the third time in two years🎶.
Kakuemon's Shirokuma🐻❄️❣️
Using Association 1801 yeast, this sake is a blend of the rough running and blamed parts 🍶.
Association 1801 yeast has a gorgeous aroma, but this one is a bit more floral 😄.
The moist flavor is typical of Kakuemon 👍.
The acidity is moderate, but still summery 😁.
I like the complex umami bitter flavor of the rough running and blaming 😋💕.
I can drink it like a summer sake 🤣.
In Rare Label, there are two penguins swimming together 🎶.
I've never seen them live 😅.
#Funabori#
I served it crisp and chilled 🤤.
Slightly sweet aroma as soon as the bottle was opened...
I'm sure the aroma would have been stronger if it was at room temperature 😆.
Tasted fruity and delicious 😁.
The label is printed directly on the bottle 😳
It makes label collectors cry 😭.
It has a refreshing and clean dry taste typical of summer sake.
It is a delicious, orthodox sake that is easy to drink and has the roundness of rice and no cloying taste.
I've never had Kakuemon before ✨.
Found it left at a liquor store in Tomiya 💡.
The aroma is similar to Fukukomachi, but weaker than Fukukomachi 💡.
Taste is simple and clear with no sourness 😆.
The bitterness becomes more pronounced when paired with a meal 😳.
It is perfect with edamame, vegetable sticks, homemade pizza Neapolitan style, chikuwa and natto tempura, chicken tempura, and other dishes that lack cohesiveness.
I was worried about the taste because it had been sitting in the fridge for a bit too long, but it was fresh, effervescent, sweet and delicious, just like nama-zake.
I will continue to recommend Kakuemon!
