It has a refreshing and clean dry taste typical of summer sake.
It is a delicious, orthodox sake that is easy to drink and has the roundness of rice and no cloying taste.
I've never had Kakuemon before ✨.
Found it left at a liquor store in Tomiya 💡.
The aroma is similar to Fukukomachi, but weaker than Fukukomachi 💡.
Taste is simple and clear with no sourness 😆.
The bitterness becomes more pronounced when paired with a meal 😳.
It is perfect with edamame, vegetable sticks, homemade pizza Neapolitan style, chikuwa and natto tempura, chicken tempura, and other dishes that lack cohesiveness.
I was worried about the taste because it had been sitting in the fridge for a bit too long, but it was fresh, effervescent, sweet and delicious, just like nama-zake.
I will continue to recommend Kakuemon!
Slightly chili raw sake, maybe it's been a little while since I've had it. But it is pleasantly raw. Medium melon type. I wish I had drunk more during the new sake season.

I have been curious about this pin angle for a while. I was excited to buy it. I imagined from the jacket that it would have a strong sweetness and a little bit of umami, and started drinking it. However, it was not such a loose taste,
It was an authentic, refreshing and delicious sake.
