I've never had Kakuemon before ✨.
Found it left at a liquor store in Tomiya 💡.
The aroma is similar to Fukukomachi, but weaker than Fukukomachi 💡.
Taste is simple and clear with no sourness 😆.
The bitterness becomes more pronounced when paired with a meal 😳.
It is perfect with edamame, vegetable sticks, homemade pizza Neapolitan style, chikuwa and natto tempura, chicken tempura, and other dishes that lack cohesiveness.

I was worried about the taste because it had been sitting in the fridge for a bit too long, but it was fresh, effervescent, sweet and delicious, just like nama-zake.
