It's been a little over a month since I got taste and smell problems with Corona.
Finally, I could drink something that tasted good!
My wife has already drunk it, and there is not even a single gouge left. I want to drink some more.
Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival.
It has apple-like freshness with nutty and smoky nuances. Delicious, but spicier than when I tasted it.
It is said that 4-5 year old lots have a sake degree of +8, but I don't think it is that spicy.
When I drink it again, it seems to have a similar atmosphere to the tasting.
It also has a muscat-like taste.
The impression is quite different depending on the order of drinking.
If you drink it after drinking many things, it is spicy, and if you drink it first, it feels fruity and sweet.
I think there's a little bit of cemedine in there too.
Hankyu Brewer's Festival⑬
I've had Takakashiki before, but the others are new to me?
I tasted
Ginjo Namazake
Junmai Ginjo Mutemidan Kasumi
Yamahai Junmai Namaeshu
I was surprised at the cost performance of the Ginjo-Namazake!
Yamahai Namaisake is spicy and crisp 🤔....
I bought Mutame-tanzaka which was fruity and sweet.
Hankyu Brewery Festival🍶2 Breweries
Usagigoten's recommended breweries
Hosui
Ginjo-Nama-zake
Cold wholesale Yamadanishiki
Cold Wholesale Omachi
Josen Tokusen Honjozo Awaodori Label
Among them, the "Ginjo-Namazake" was so light and easy to drink that it was hard to believe it was 957 yen including tax!
The tasting was a lot of fun with Mr. Lutemi and the brewer, and the conversation with the brewer was very lively.
The Awaodori label is a wonderful picture that we spotted (pardon the pun!). He found it for us 😊.
The fourth brewery in the "Hankyu Brewery Festival 2023".
HOSHIMIZU", HOSHIMIZU SAKE Brewery, Tokushima Prefecture
This Tokushima brewery is not very familiar to me, but it was the brewery of "Takagaki" which I drank before.
HOSHIMIZU Cold Wholesale Yamadanishiki
Yoshimizu Cold Wholesome Omachi 🔴.
HOSHIMIZU Junmai Ginjo Mutame Tanzaka
Hosui Yamahai Junmai Nama Nama Ginjyo
The Omachi was well-balanced without being overpowering in flavor. The Yamadanishiki had a bitterness to it, and I prefer the Omachi.
I wanted to try the nama-shu, so I had it. The nama-shu was fresher and more impactful, more dry with a firm umami flavor.
The Yamahai nama was more fresh than sour, and was delicious.
Hi Nemuchi 😃
After a week of prohibition, the breweries are holding their own festival 😊The name and taste report of each brewery's bottle is one of the best 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛It was a brewery festival after a week of abstinence from alcohol, which probably didn't make much sense since I drank for a week 🤣 my memory is fuzzy on the last part, so I'm only reporting the beginning of the festival in good spirits😅.
The packaging hit the spot and it was a winner.
A slightly thickened, mellow sake.
It has a nice aroma and a good sharpness,
It has a richness that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake,
It is a very satisfying product.
Past records.
This bottle was purchased on a trip to Tokushima. It is 300ml, perfect for drinking.
There is no alcohol taste, and it was a bit of a surprise, but the acidity and richness turn into a delicious flavor. It is a sake that goes well with food.

These are lotus flowers in a nearby park.
I am a person who has a lot of worries, so I felt like my soul was purified when I was slowly looking at the flowers.
Luteltemi-san(ฅΦωΦ)ฅGood evening!
I hope the 3rd and 4th pictures will purify my home too (人´emusemi`)♡⃛ꕤ
I'm glad it's in a small drink size 😊.
I'm curious 💭👀✨ because I prefer it not to be alcoholic.
Erin, good evening😄.
The 🪷 flower seems to have magical powers.
I couldn't help but laugh at the idea of purifying even Eririn 😆 I've been thankful for 300ml a lot lately😅.
Good evening, Rutemi!
I don't see many sake from Tokushima, but when I go there, I see there are many 😳I have to get some since I haven't been to Tokushima yet 😤.
Lotus is beautiful ✨how many of my 108 worries can I purify 🤣.
Good evening, Pon-chan😄
Tokushima is quite close to here, so it is not so easy to find.
When I go there by 🚗, I end up buying a few 😂.
I believe lotus flowers make a popping sound when they bloom 😆.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture

Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 16%.
On the third day of our trip to Shikoku, we moved from Takamatsu to Naruto in Tokushima.
Today's plan was to visit Naruto Uzushio and the Otsuka Museum of Art.
However, due to bad weather conditions, the Uzushio sightseeing boat was cancelled 😭 We spent the rest of the day at the Otsuka Museum of Art, where we enjoyed the many masterpieces and paintings that were transferred and burned onto ceramic boards.
However, there was no time to enjoy sake, so I bought some Tokushima sake as a souvenir for myself and drank it at home...so I opened the bottle at home.
The aroma is only faintly perceptible, but in the mouth it has a slightly fruity flavor, and I think it is a slightly dry sake with a slight bitterness.
This Yoshimizu is finally the second sake from Tokushima Prefecture (second brewery).
Unfortunately, there are few opportunities to encounter sake from Ehime, Kagawa, and Tokushima prefectures at izakaya in Chigasaki (^◇^;)💦.
The additional image is a Vermeer's ceramic board baked reproduction at the Otsuka Museum of Art.

Hello, Mashira-no-Yama!
I am enjoying reading your travelogue on Shikoku! We visited Ehime and Kochi last year and are planning to visit Kagawa and Tokushima next time we are in the area 🙏 I would love to visit the Otsuka Museum of Art 💕.
Pon-chan, thank you for your comment 😊Kinpiragu Shrine is very atmospheric and a physical challenge, and there are also some popular chicken restaurants around Takamatsu Station. The Otsuka Museum of Art is a 3-hour tour if you take your time, and the seafood bowls at the museum's restaurant are delicious 🤗.
The aroma is sweet and standard sake aroma
The sake has a strong alcohol content of 18%, with a slight thickening and a tangy feeling in the mouth.
The store's pop-up labeled the sake as medium-hot, but even I, who prefer sweet sake, found it easy to drink.
What do you like? I was asked at a liquor store.
I saw a bottle of Shichihonjari in front of me,
I told him that I like this type more than the fruity type
I told him that I like this type more than the fruity type.
It's a very thick and robust sake!
This is delicious!
A rich entrance of umami and sweetness.
The lingering bitterness settles in with a touch of bitterness.

I bought this bottle at a liquor store in Fushimi.
I had never seen it before, so I bought it for some reason.
Nama-nazake Nakadori...it has many attributes. 💕︎
It looks clear and has a slight aroma.
The taste is gassy, contrary to the image on the label, and has an intense juicy flavor.
It's almost grapey, but not too sweet.
I'd be happy to drink it without knowing it and hit the jackpot ✨.
We had it in a Haribari hot pot this day, even though it was already almost summer!
Thanks for the treat 🤤.
Hi Ofuji, ☀️
This is my first time to see this sake 😳I'm surprised that there are still some delicious sake that I don't know about yet😆And Haribari nabe! It goes well with sake, doesn't it?
I was surprised at the "so many attributes..." 🤭.
Pon-chan, good evening 🌙
I'm glad to discover this kind of sake!
I thought it was a classic type by the look of the label 💦.
I bought mizuna for 50 yen💦.
Ofuji-san, good evening 🌛I also drank this one 👍at the Tokushima burial of the national conquest 😅I got the impression that it had a strong umami flavor, and the alcohol content was high at the end, so it was a big shock 🤣I bought it at Shirakiku-ya 🍶.
bouken Hello!
Yes - it's interesting that there is a gap between the two!
I was surprised to find that it has a medium strength after drinking it all 🫢.
I'm sure bouken can find it easily ✨️
Hi Nemuchi ✨
The aftertaste was indeed quite guttural! I drank it so fast that I have a slightly hazy memory of it lol.
I see you sell it at Shirakikuya, I'll try there next time 🚲.
