I was allowed to sample three different types of nama-zake at Hankyu Department Store.
I liked Mutame-tanzaka, which is fruity and has a firm flavor that is pleasantly dry and sharp.
I am anxious to taste the change in flavor.
The junmai nama sake was refreshing and tasty, but I thought it was better with a meal than by itself.
The Shiboritate Nama-zake Ichiban is a good use of aloso sake and has a unique round sweetness that spreads the flavor and is delicious.

It has a mellow mouthfeel and a full flavor that is typical of Omachi rice, and is delicious!

My husband was on a business trip to Kagawa and bought me some Tokushima sake that I hadn't tasted yet😊.
Now the rest are Kagoshima, Miyazaki, and Okinawa, so I guess that's a break as far as I can manage for now, if I have the chance. Kagoshima is likely to be available in Tokyo though 🤔
When you open the bottle, you can already smell the fruity aroma 🍏. Later on it's quite tart and sharp ✨.
It's very robust, very sake-like and delicious 😊.
I drank it with ice today because of the lingering summer heat, but I'd like to try heating it up when it cools down 😁.
