Dry DRY
I'm still wondering what is "dry" dry? I still don't know what dry means😅.
It has a refreshing aroma with a hint of sourness.
When it's freshly opened and cold, there's a strong plum-like acidity at first. Then peachy and astringent. As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes milder, but it is still very sour.
After about the third day, the acidity becomes a little less pronounced, and the taste changes from apple-like to green apple-like. The aftertaste is astringent and crisp.
When the acidity becomes mild, the aftertaste is astringent and tasty, which is my favorite 😋.
In the mouth, I feel melon and pineapple,
Super sweet and juicy 🤤.
Afterwards, you can taste the strong acidity and
The balance is very good. ‼️
It is a delicious wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with Western-style dishes 😋😋.
Fresh fruity aroma.
Contains soft, fine texture.
Green apple, white peach, and a hint of citrus.
From the clear acidity, it has a full, sweet flavor, perhaps due to the nature of rice.
The finish is smooth.
Of course, it goes well with soaked vegetables.
A well-balanced sake for a meal.

This week I enjoyed my first outing for drinks in Osaka in a long time!
I haven't even been to Osaka for a while, but I had a great time drinking with my coworkers!
Kanbongbai's Shirokuma-kun 🐻❄️ is a classic because it's the sake I always drink in the winter 👃.
It's still delicious ( p.s.) mmmm!
We drank a lot of other things too!
I see you got the deer label.
Of course, my source is sake no wa😄.
So I immediately went to buy it 💨.
I also bought the polar bear label 💦.

The aroma is outstanding (like some commercial).
I put it in a glass and let it sit for a minute or two (I was busy preparing for dinner), and the aroma spread out.
The overall impression was fruity.
Tangy, dry and smooth.
It was delicious 😋😋😋.
Thanks for the food 🎶.

Look at the breast of the animal labels of Kankoubai (any of them).
It says "Kankoubai."
Did you know that?
I wonder if this kind of thing is called a hidden character.

I visited my favorite liquor store and found a sake with a deer🫎 label.
I asked about it and was told that it was from Kankoubai. I had thought that the four seasons' animal label series of Kankoubai would be owl in autumn and polar bear in winter... but deer🫎 appeared between autumn and winter.
I bought it without hesitation.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma, a slight carbonation on the palate, and a pleasantly stimulating dry and crisp taste on the tongue.
