Junmai Ginjo-shu Dry ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15 degrees
I visited my favorite liquor store and found a sake with a deer🫎 label.
I asked about it and was told that it was from Kankoubai. I had thought that the four seasons' animal label series of Kankoubai would be owl in autumn and polar bear in winter... but deer🫎 appeared between autumn and winter.
I bought it without hesitation.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma, a slight carbonation on the palate, and a pleasantly stimulating dry and crisp taste on the tongue.

The last of 6 drinks at TokyoRiceWine was Kankoumei ✨I was going to leave after drinking Jikkai, but I had one more drink as I kept talking with the regulars 😅.
Here's another Kankoume Deer Label that came in today!
The aroma has a hint of citrus. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a hint of gas. The sweetness is beautiful and deep ✨It has a beautiful sweetness like the Kameizumi we just drank 🥰It has a clean aftertaste. It was labeled dry, but I don't think it has a dry feel 🤔.
It's a sake that even those who don't like dry sake can drink 😊.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
I didn't expect the animal series to be this delicious, I'm tempted to conquer it 😋 It's sweet at first, but I'm glad it's refreshing 😊.
It's that time of year again. It's new sake. It's a snowman, it's NewBorn. It is a combination!
I thought it would be nice if the sake was as good as possible, so I chose Kankoubai.
I only remember that it used to be a top seller at Ikebukuro Seibu, but the name is good.
It is not a fresh sake, but it is quite tasty.
I can taste a little lychee?
Two alcoholic beverages with labels of interest in the cold storage.
Let's compare these!
First, the deer label!
We have had owl, rabbit, penguin, and other animal series, but this is the first deer label this year, according to the young man!
Let's have a sip!
The label says it's dry, but it's not that dry!
It's more like a light sourness with a hint of sweetness!
This is delicious!
The previous customers have left the restaurant by now, so we chatted with the young man slowly!
He told me a lot about the story behind the purchase of sake!

If this is the case, then let's give it a try, no hesitation, Yumachi!
Jacket value ... 6/10
After all, Oumachi = purple is a promise, and the face is also faithful to the basics.
Ki ... 18/20
The hue is a pleasant golden yellow, the smell is banana with a rice smell at the core, but it is not heavy, and there is a hint of Omachi like sweetness and umami. The initial response on the palate is perfect.
Sei... 17/20
The taste and umami are not "gradually" but "in a straight line", and it is a domain of "deliciousness".
Turning... 16/20
The full, rich, sweet flavor of the Omachi style is on the tongue; this is the phase that determines the impression of this SAKE, but how about making it too clear here?
Yui ... 16/20
The sweet-odd taste and the slight bitterness of Omachi are well demonstrated, but it is a pity that the lingering aroma has a rice smell.
Cospa ... 6/10
Purchased at 2,380 yen...gasoline price has gone down since today....
The taste is good, but the onlooker's rice smell is annoying.

Kankoubai Junmai Ginjo Nama
Slight banana aroma and alcohol smell.
Mild and smooth sweetness on the palate (just like the aroma, banana🍌)! (Banana 🍌 as the aroma suggests.) The impression is that the acidity comes out rather strongly in the middle, which seems to go well with meals. 🍽️🍶
This is a top-ranked sake at this year's sake competition! I'd like to try the other specs too 🥰🥰.
KANKOUME Junmai Ginjyo Dry Deer Deer
Rated 4.4-4.3
Alcohol: 15, Rice: Asahi rice, Polishing ratio: 60%, Yeast: No.9
There is a pleasant sweet fruity aroma, but it is also crisp and dry.
It has a refreshing coolness with a range of umami that is inherent to sake. It goes well with hearty foods.
Aromas of white peaches and green apple. It is rounded and smooth. The convergence is followed by a lingering bitterness.
