うるっちょWinter cold plum blossoms are polar bears.
Fresh sourness and sweetness are similar to spring!
The rice flavor is further enhanced by the light nigorigo taste.
The balance of sourness, sweetness and umami is just right!
It is very drinkable...
takan.
PROTOTYPE from KANKOUME SHUZO after a long time!
It has a refreshing sweetness and a clean aftertaste, yet it leaves a light aftertaste, making it very enjoyable to drink.
I will limit myself to 2 gou (2 cups).
辻高広KANKENBAI HARU Sake Rabbit
From a slight sweetness
A fresh sourness comes through from the slight sweetness.
Sake that is easy to drink.
The rabbit on the label is not cute enough.
It looks realistic, but it is easy to drink.
Would you like to drink it at a cherry blossom viewing party?
でこいTresse 13: 100% Yumachi
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 13%.
The gentle acidity that bursts with a sizzle and the clear and crisp gaseous taste are irresistible.
It is a juicy sake reminiscent of pears and melons.
こまっちゃんWhew, it was snowing ☃️ again today, so I opened it 😅.
Let's get started. The aroma is fresh, like white grapes. In the mouth, it is fresh and reminds of muscat, with a hint of sweetness and sourness, and a pleasant bitterness at the end. Easy to drink 😄.
Serve it with a plate of yam. Morioka is a good place for yam because it is cheap and can be used in powdered products 😉.
The combination makes this sake more crisp and more suited for a meal than drinking alone, and it has a sweet aftertaste. I think it runs out fast too 😅.

山廃純米In this world, the plum season is coming to an end, but in the world of sake, it is in full bloom all year round. So we started with our first sake, KANKOUBEI, a low-alcohol (13 degrees) TORECE. According to the websites of the sake breweries, the Omachi is a limited edition sake, usually made from Yamadanishiki. It has the sweetness and fullness of Omachi rice, but it also has a slight freshness right after opening the bottle. As for the specs, I'm not sure, so I'll leave it at that. _.) I paired it with firefly squid, which is in season right now, and was able to enjoy the flavor of Omachi without disturbing the flavor of the sake. So, the first Kanbongubai was delicious. _.) __(..._...)
bonThe crisp and dry taste is more appealing since there have been a lot of sweet tasting wines recently. It has a slight sweetness, but it disappears quickly and you can feel the alcohol.
The label looks like a wine at first glance, which is stylish.
It is clear that Mie Prefecture has a lot of good sake!
