I found this sake by chance at a tavern I happened to stumble into.
It was a sake made from "sake musashi," a sake rice produced in Saitama.
It has a beautiful light cloudy color and a fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the subtle sweetness of the rice.
