Delicious. You can drink it smoothly. Good with fried food. Of course, it also goes well with sashimi! This sake was found at a local liquor store on a trip to Aizu.

The cork blew out when I opened the bottle (lol). The foaming sensation is unbearable! Light and smooth to drink! Best match for a light soy sauce flavored hot pot! I've been choosing a lot of sparkling sake lately! I became a fan of Yuho after drinking it at the recommendation of a barbecue restaurant a long time ago. I found this sake by chance at a liquor store in Gunma Prefecture the other day. Keep up the good work, Ishikawa sake breweries!

I found this sake by chance at a tavern I happened to stumble into. It was a sake made from "sake musashi," a sake rice produced in Saitama. It has a beautiful light cloudy color and a fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the subtle sweetness of the rice. Mmmm! Very tasty. I think I like it a lot! I never knew there was a sake brewery in Nagatoro that made this kind of sake!
