We met at our usual liquor store. This is my first time drinking this sake. I was lured to buy it by a pop-up that said it had a sour taste like a lemon.
It has a slight carbonation and an aroma rather than a sourness like lemon, and the sweetness is moderate and refreshing. I was impressed by the wide range of sake, and was surprised that there is such a sake that I have never had before.
The aroma has a nice flavor of rice and a gentle fruity aroma 🤤.
The mouthfeel is wrapped in a veil of umami that gently coats the tongue as it melts. ‼️
The clear transparency of Junmai Daiginjo gives way to a crisp and dry sharpness 😊.
The zodiac label is a little late, but I imagine it would be an excellent match for the festive season dishes 😋😋😋.
Ohisashi Bunraku!
Translated into Japanese, hanagumori...? Well, I wonder if Hanagumori is a kind of sake...
I'm looking forward to it because Bunraku is a kind of sake that I like rather a lot!
I'm looking forward to it! Ama!
The first contact is quite vigorous sweetness!
Then it finishes with bitterness accompanied by a light acidity.
The bitterness leaves a rather long aftertaste.
It is similar to the Kibotsu Tsuru that I drank before this.
It has a sharp taste, but it feels rather thick, so you may get tired of drinking it...
Maybe it's time for me to go for a dry one...
I'm getting tired of drinking sweet and sour type wine...
Good evening, udon buns 😃.
I'm sure you'll get tired of the sweet and savory ones, though they are delicious if you keep on eating them 😅Yes! I think it's time to try the dry type 😙‼️
The sweetness stands out from the moment it enters the mouth. The sweetness is combined with a slight effervescence and a beautiful acidity, making it taste more like a ripe, high-end muskmelon than a fresh one. It is similar to plum wine.
Unfiltered sake has a slightly cloudy taste. This means that the sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt more strongly.
Also, since the sake is not fired, you can enjoy a freshness that is not present in fire-quenched sake.

Sun Citron from Bunraku
I've been drinking it a lot lately. The key is the lemon 🍋.
It has a nice sharpness with a hint of flavor.
I drank it with regular Jungin, but this one is more citrusy.
I feel more citrus 🍋🟩
I've had it with things like bonito tataki, chilled tofu, corn croquettes, etc.
and so on...
Yesterday we went to Ponche Izakaya in Ueno.
I went to Ponche Izakaya 🏮 in Ueno yesterday and had so much fun I didn't take a single photo.
The main topic of conversation was health and
health and illness😅,,
Namazake & Unfiltered Namazake 🍶.
Although the nama sake has a piquancy to it,
I felt freshness in both 😅.
Sake with a sourness like a lemon 🍋.
is the theme of Bunraku, but somewhat restrained.
After a day of drinking, the sweetness and sourness started to coalesce,
very easy to drink taste 😋.
Thanks Rigel!
