Good aroma when poured. When you put it in your mouth, it has a fresh sweet aroma. It is easy to drink, and at first glance I thought it might be a low-alcohol sake (it has 15% alcohol content). It is delicious.
We had soba noodles at Bunraku Azumakura, a soba and a la carte restaurant located next door to the Northwest Sake Brewery. I was not able to drink because of my car, but I am sure the sake and soba noodles served in such a nice space must be delicious. I would like to visit there at night.
Bunbunraku Reborn
Moon Sherbet
Mild and clear but citrus-like aroma.
Sweet and sour and light. Bitter aftertaste. The lingering aftertaste makes you want to savor it to the end. ☺️
Bunraku Reborn Blue Mist Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-Ginjo was served.
The aroma is a bit sour, like melon or grapes, and it fills the glass. It has a nice aroma 🎵.
In the mouth, a moderate sweetness and acidity fill the mouth, and then it finishes with a slight bubbling sensation.
It is delicious!
While fruity, it is not too sweet and can be drunk without hesitation, so it goes well with sashimi as a side dish~👍It was just the right flavor to drink on a hot day~😊.
Finally, I was able to fill in Saitama Prefecture in Sake no Wa. It was unexpectedly difficult even though it is in the neighborhood. I think the rest is in the western part of Japan. I still have a long way to go to conquer the whole country.
I have finally got a copy of this book. I finally got it. It is a fresh bottle made directly from Nakakumi, which has a well-balanced flavor.
The aroma reminds us of white peaches and pears, and you can enjoy the freshness that only direct pumping can provide.
Hi ramentosake 😃
Congratulations on your Saitama embed㊗️ at Bunraku 🎉It's sometimes surprisingly far away even if it's close 😅.
Shikoku and southern Kyushu tend to remain 🥲Good luck 👋
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
I live in Ibaraki and had a hard time filling in Saitama... I haven't posted yet, but I have 2 more Saitama drinks coming up after this. lol
