This is my first time in the back. What a profound label...the aroma is clean and reminiscent of muscat and vanilla. On the palate, there is a slight sweet acidity and umami, with a spiciness and sharpness that makes the top of the tongue feel hot. It is dry with a chattering sensation on the tip of the tongue.
It is easy to match as a food sake. The alcohol content is 16%, so it would be good to drink it with ice like an ice breaker. Delicious✨
The brewer was at a sake store for an event and recommended it to me, so I bought it!
