You know it's good the moment you put it in your mouth. It is gorgeous and mellow. It's delicious. It needs to be refrigerated. Will be a repeat purchase.
Purchased at a liquor store. Took this picture after I finished it.
This is a strange sake!
The taste itself is not an Aichi sake with a lot of character, but rather a very straightforward, slightly sweet, slightly umami taste, but with a special finish that only lingers on the sides of the tongue.
I researched the taste and found that the sides of the tongue are acid and salt, the tip is sweet, and the back is bitter.
If only both sides of the tongue remain, it means there is only acid and salt, but I can also taste sweetness....
So, it means that either the sides of my tongue have the ability to taste sweetness as well, or the tip of my tongue is too fuzzy.
Hi Bamboo 😃.
I've never felt that the back mouth stays on both sides of the tongue👅😅I think you're not bonkers but sharp all around 🤔.
I'm all bonkers 🤣.
It looks and tastes sharp and hard in the mouth when you think it is sweet. After a slight carbonation acidity, a sweetness like sweet sake comes softly to the back of the tongue, when swallowing, and after swallowing down. It is a slim, but firm sake.
