The bitterness and sourness come forward more! The aftertaste is refreshing and goes well with meat! It was gone in no time. It was gone in no time at all!

Next is at the back! Natsu Kasumi😄I submitted this one because I thought it was delicious! The aroma is mild, though there is a sense of rice. When you drink it, it is dry but has a good balance of bitterness and acidity. It is a good match for anything as a food sake! Very tasty. I want to drink it again 😄.

It has a firm flavor with sweetness, bitterness, and acidity that each assert themselves. (Sorry for the confusion.) As the day progresses, the sweetness and balance improve, and the taste becomes deeper and more complex.

It has a high alcohol content, so it feels quite voluminous. Since it is an undiluted sake, it is best to open it early, but in fact, the balance is better on the second day.
