At home. This is the first time I've had sake from Hokkaido. I thought that Hokkaido's sake was more alcoholic, but it was completely different. You can feel the sweetness of the rice, and there is a bitter taste at the end. It is a refreshing type and very easy to drink. We received a lot of sake from Hokkaido, so we will try to taste and upload it little by little.

A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶. The memory reminds me of the faint muscat-like aroma and sharp sharp sharpness 😋. The beauty of the label with the brand name, the wish behind the name "Fuyu Hanabi", and the taste of the local sake when you drink it on a trip...it was one of the reasons I became a sake lover 🎵. I still see it at Sake-no-wa from time to time, so I couldn't help but fish it out from old photos 😆. By the way, the picture was taken when I drank it with my family at the New Year's celebration after I returned from my trip. The other bottle in the picture, "Yukikirara", will be introduced another time ✨😉👍️

Another sake from the same brewery. Jun-dai but with a subtle fruity aroma. It is more refreshing and crisp than Hokuto Zuisho. My memory is getting fuzzy from this area. I drank it after eating simmered kinmei and was smitten. They said it can be enjoyed at all temperatures, but I'd rather drink it cold.

Nice aroma. It tastes very good, partly because the "Niseko" I drank before was spicy. It has a nice sharpness, and the acidity tightens it up.

📍New Chitose Airport Hokkaido Honpo I stopped by Do Fatty's to use a stain remover that claims to remove stains from tires and wheels...but it removed so much oil and grease from the surface of the tire that it made the tire look like a zebra pattern, which I've never seen before 😭. I've never seen a tire like this before 😭 I received a souvenir from Hokkaido. It has a fruity aroma like muscat or pear, gorgeous ginjo aroma, and soft koji aroma. It is said to be slightly dry, but as you drink it, it also feels medium to slightly sweet. There is no gassiness, and the sake has a slightly torrid quality, with a mellow mouthfeel and a firm umami, with a rich and delicious flavor 😋. I got a bottle of sake from the Kobayashi Shuzo brewery in Hokkaido, which is sold exclusively at their brewery. I love the Hokuto Zuisho brand of sake produced by this brewery, so it was no surprise that a 35% polished junmai daiginjo from the same brewery would be as delicious as it promised to be. In fact, it has a taste typical of Hokkaido sake, with a hint of sweetness and a clear mouthfeel with no acidity. There are so few modern sakes that it is hard to talk about them, but I think Hokkaido sake is the best sake to drink with food.

At the Hokkaido Golf Camp. Score was bowling as usual, but we made up for it with delicious sushi and our first escon field experience 😂. My friend's father waited for me to prove that Hokkaido's sake is also of a high level (lol). This sake is from Director Kuriyama's hometown. Oh, the rich melon, mellow aroma, very delicious. Perhaps it is because it is from Yubari. It has a fruity flavor with a clear sweetness, but it is not too heavy and goes well with sashimi. As one would expect from Hokkaido, the depth of this sake is very deep!

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ We went on a trip to Sapporo with ✈️😊 With my family 👨‍👩‍👦 three of us and my daughter's friend and four of us lol. I know it's a weird combination😅 Since we all have the same guesses for the activities 😉. Before the activity, we had lunch 🍽❣️ Pork bowl 🐷, zangi, dashimaki tamago And I had sake 🍶😋. My partner instructed me to stop after one drink 😭. There were several sake from Hokkaido. After much deliberation, I was attracted by the name "Fuyunabi" (Winter Fireworks), so I chose this one 👍. Hokkaido sake has a strong image of light and dry sake for in-dinner drinking. This one is no different. However, because it is junodai, it has a subtle scent of ginjo, which is very appetizing. It drains the oil from the zangi nicely 😍. The rice flavor is plump and crisp with a smooth finish 👍. A perfect food sake for everything 🍶. Now, let's go to the guessing game 😊. In the evening, Susukino 💕 So much to look forward to 🤣🤣🤣 ...to be continued

The second drink of the sake festival Rice used is Ginpu It is a rich, dry sake with a rather clean finish. It is a sake that can be found in supermarkets, but the quality is very good! It is a good sake to keep on hand. ❗️
