I went to the GW.
The annual "Raccoon Nijo Sake Festival".
This year, breweries from all over Japan participated, which doubled the fun. ‼️
The first sake was from the annual "Gara-pon" (lottery).
This is what is called "Hazure".
The rice used was comet.
It is a standard sake of Kitano-Nishiki and is a clear, dry sake.
