This product was developed through repeated trial and error based on the theme of using Hokkaido rice to create an unprecedented type of junmai sake. This junmai daiginjo is suitable for long-term aging and can be enjoyed warmed after aging. The aroma and flavor can be enjoyed at all temperatures.
Sake rice is Hokkaido Ginpu, milling ratio 50%, in-house yeast "NISIKI 100 Year Yeast".
Sold exclusively at special dealers. They say it is rare to find it in Tokyo even though it is available in Hokkaido 😆.
