A large warehouse with a museum and other facilities is located on the approach to Kompira-san in Shikoku. When I went there in the evening after visiting the shrine, it was already closed except for a store. The whole town closes early. Udon noodle shops close early in Kagawa, so be careful not to move around the same way as in other areas.
I bought this one, which was recommended by the clerk. It is a good sake with a strong aroma and flavor, not too flashy, and suitable for both during and after meals.
Tax included 704 (300ml)
Score: 3.8
Rice polishing ratio: 58
Sake rice: Kagawa-grown Oceto
Alcohol content: 15-16
Vintage: 2025
The color is pale and the taste is light, but the sake strength seems a little high.
I bought this at a roadside station in Mure where I stopped during my trip to Takamatsu the day before yesterday and yesterday. It is a limited edition sake made from 100% sake rice called "Akigeshiki. I have a weakness for limited editions, so it was a quick decision.
The color is a little yellow, the aroma is slight, and when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and bitterness spread to your palate, followed by a lingering sweetness in the back of your mouth. The bitterness seems to be unique to Akigeshiki sake rice.
Delicious 😊.
As expected, driving back and forth with my husband and husband's father in the car was tiring~.
Gifts!
Taste not too assertive
Little alcohol taste
Clean aftertaste
Easy to drink
Additional note
When it becomes lukewarm, the alcohol taste increases.
Sweetness also increases?
The aroma is very gorgeous.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a firm body,
It is also quite stimulating to the oral mucous membrane.
Nevertheless, it is very easy to drink, with little cloying taste.

Thank you for letting me join you, Nemuchi 😊.
It was an exciting day to learn about many brands and types of sake that I had never tried before 😄.
I was curious about Kinryo, which was recommended by a person I met at a sake bar, so I bought it!
Cold sake
Oily and floral aroma with a hint of acidity
Fresh and fruity aroma.
Light and well-balanced sweetness and acidity.
The volume of rice flavor is well balanced.
Junmai is less light than junmai ginjo, but the umami is more intense.
