Daughter is in training at a university in Okayama. My wife and sister-in-law visited Okayama for a three-day weekend. They said the three women made a short trip to Kagawa. They bought it as a souvenir. I think I have drunk it twice before. We enjoyed it slowly at home.
I received this as a souvenir from Shikoku.
It has a strong sweetness and moderate aroma.
The rice polishing ratio is 70%, so there is a little bit of a tangy taste.
It is a good sake for a meal.
Personal score: 79
I got this at a visit to Kintohira on my trip to Okayama & Kagawa!
Enjoy it with the sake pickles we bought at Kinryo at the same time ✨.
When you open the bottle and pour it, it has a sweet, full aroma of sugarcane and rice.
The mouthfeel is refreshing and non-habit-forming, making it THE sake for evening drinking. The flavor spreads with a moderate richness.
The sweetness of the moist rice flavor + the condensed dry astringency that comes in the latter half of the taste.
While the neighboring "Akagisan," which is also an evening sake, has a clear flow and umami, this one has a crisp, clear, full-bodied, and sharp taste!
It goes perfectly with the sweetness that seeps out from the daikon radish and fried bean curd in the sake.
I am also attracted to "Ume Nishiki" and "Kinryo" because of the memories I have from my trip.
I hope to meet them again in the future 😌.
Fruity aroma ✨
Fresh, sweet and delicious like muscat 🎵.
The acidity is also well balanced 😋.
Pleasantly juicy with a nice shrieking sensation 🥤.
Tastes almost like sparkling wine 2 🍷.
I bought the label when I went for a drive to Awaji Island 😆 It was a souvenir one-cup can that is normally easy to drink and delicious. The design on the can is cute 😊.
