My wife bought two bottles of sake as souvenirs from our visit to my second son's place on the Shimanami Kaido and to my parents' house in Takamatsu!
She said she decided to go with the one that didn't look like it was drunk (she decided based on its appearance😆).
One of those bottles.
Kinryo JELLY I'm pretty sure I've never had it.
A little stylish jellyfish design? I've never had it before.
I just had a bottle of Jinling Gekbaku in the fridge (given to me by my wife's mother in Takamatsu) to compare with this one 😋.
I've had this one a few times.
It's crisp and light.
Clear and clear.
Sweetness is only a little, easy to drink, easy to match with food.
Kinryo JELLY This is my first time drinking this.
Rice is Oceto, white malted rice
A little yellowish.
This one is more of a sweet and sour type? It's totally different from Tsukihaku.
It has an apricot-like fruity taste, but it's gentle and refreshing.
The sourness increases gradually.
The label on the back says "a handsome sake with an apple jelly-like atmosphere", but what kind of a sake has an atmosphere like apple jelly instead of apple? 🤣🤣
A bit odd? but tasty 😋.

Hi ichiro18😊
Cool label 😘 but is the jellyfish picture an apple jelly -> JELLY FISH (jellyfish)? It's a mystery 🤣is the taste more apricot than apple? I wouldn't count on my taste buds 😅

Good evening, Takashi 😃.
It's so good you'll be numb with jellyfish🪼! I guess you mean it tastes more like Jelly -> Jelly🍎😅We love the white yeast type 😋.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby😊.
You didn't write much about it being inspired by the sea, so the jellyfish is a mystery 🤣.
Is this sourness derived from white yeast? It's a bit unique, but it was delicious 😘.
