Nakazawa Shuzo Matsu Midori Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi, Hiyoroshi, Kanagawa Prefecture
Fruity aroma but relatively mild.
The harmony between the rich sweetness and acidity is very good.
It has a slightly strong alcohol taste, so I thought it might be a bit too strong for different tastes.
Alcohol Content: 16% to 17
Yamada Nishiki
Polishing ratio: 50
The aroma and taste give the impression of a beautiful Junmai Daiginjo. The honey nuance in the aftertaste was interesting.
We chose it after comparing drinks at a sake brewery.
The aroma was sweet, the taste was mild and sweet, and at the same time it was spicy and delicious!
The second drink of the day is a local sake from Kanagawa.
Light, dry to sweet
Light texture on the tongue
Fruity aroma more like muscat than melon.
Gentle sweetness like fruit wraps around the tongue. Not much acidity.
Aftertaste is a lingering aftertaste of umami.
100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol 16-17%.
I think Matsumidori has a good way of producing umami.
The use of authentic Omachi gives it a nice umami and aroma, and it has a delicious, mellow flavor, like eating fruit.
Matsu Midori Hiyoshi Oroshi, which had been sitting in the fridge, was opened! The aroma is sweet and fruity from Omachi! The flavor of Oumachi and the moderate bitterness from the sweet flavor are superb...! The umami of Omachi...irresistible...I enjoy it with seasonal sashimi...little by little...
Slow and relaxing trip in the neighborhood and local sake 🍶.

I just wanted to take a relaxing soak in a hot spring, so I went to Hakone.
I went directly to the inn and relaxed without stopping anywhere.
After all, a drink after a hot spring bath is a special treat. ☺️
It was a little cold that day, so I had it warmed up, and it was quite refreshing and sharp.
It was quite sharp and refreshing, and I thoroughly enjoyed it with Hakone Nishiroku Beef.
On the way back, we took a short detour 🌾.
After a long time, I went to Obanzai in Noge. The owner's original stew of "motsu-ni" is really delicious and has a very gentle taste. I had another helping. I paired it with a glass of warmed Matsumidori. The other dishes were akahoshi and obanzai. Everything was great!
The Matsu Midori Aki-agari, which we usually drink at the Odawara Kamaboko Dori Revitalization Council [Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 breweries], is a well-liked autumn sake. It has a stable taste.
My favorite Kanagawa sake 🍶♪Matsumidori! The aroma is slightly fruity...mellow and umami...classic flavor. You can taste the umami of the rice. The aging process has made it more rounded and angular! Pair it with the flavors of autumn! I enjoy it with raw bonito.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃 Actually, we have Hiyayagoroshi waiting in the fridge too..............................the store owner said that Aki-agari tastes great warmed up too. The shop owner said that Aki-agari is also good warmed up! I'm looking forward to this one too!
